Normally they do some ridiculously bullshit explosion to prove their point. I was a little disappointed they didn't get their hands on a 40mm grenade.
Well, they did throw an almost empty beer keg on the fire after they got tired of ammo.
The top of the keg blew out, but there was virtually no metal shards due to the redesign of the keg. But they got their big bullshit explosion for the camera.
Try a keyword search for exploding beer keg and see if you have better luck than I did hunting it down.
