Other than doing 600 sit up andrussian twist im lookin to change it up any ideas? i need something new not boring.

Watch 8 minute abs on Youtube
Do the bicycle Lay back and raise your legs 5 inches off the floor, then try to move your legs in a sideways eight
Also, raise your legs a bit, never letting your feet touch the ground, and move a weight under and over and inbetween both legs (8 motion again.)
