Neo: "Normally it is random versus battles between Akira characters and random people or things. This time it's a serious winner take all Akira character battle. If their fight had lasted longer (no mutation) who would win, Tetsuo or Kaneda?"

Hmm.. good question.

I believe that Tetsuo would have killed Kaneda if the battle had continued. He was uber powerful, while Kaneda.. well.. he didn't have uber power. sweatdrop He may have been a little more clever then Tetsuo, but it wouldn't have helped him in the long run.

Don't have much more to add to that. seems like you covered everything I was thinking. Although I don't think Tets was outsmarted, more, took by surprise.
