Aka-chan, Kazama-taicho, and Seion-hime (Serene Princess) by her brother and close friends.

Physical Description:

The Twins
Jin
He is around 5' 9" tall weighing around 161 lbs. with an above average build. He has semi long black hair like in the pic with bright green eyes. His face like his sister is youthful in appearance and without lines appearing as a man barely above 19.

Asuka
Is at a height of 5' 6" weighing in around 118 lbs. and possessing a rather slim build with a small chest. She has long black hair that like the appearance in the pic and bright green eyes. Her face is youthful looking and without lines appearing as a woman barely above 19.

Zanpakuto:

Jin
Hebikiba (Serpent Fang) has a crimson blade with a guard in the shape of snake fangs on each side. The hilt itself is also crimson and slightly longer than normal.

Asuka
Shirohasu (White Lotus) has a white hilt with a silver guard in the shape of a lotus flower.

Shikai:

Jin
Hebikiba (Serpent Fang) released using the command Utsusu (Infect). The effects are cumulative and slowly builds till it hits the last poison. it turns into claws that are attached to each individual finger each individual claw on the right hand holds a different poison (the left holds the same as the right). Poison 1 (Orange and pinky finger) slows down the enemies reaction time and perception so the User appears to be going faster than normal (lasts two turns). Poison two (Red and ring finger) is a sticky substance that acts like acid and eats away at the victim and is also quite difficult to remove because of the sticky nature. Poison three (white and thumb) makes the Victim see triple and become disoriented (lasts two turns). Poison four (yellow and pointer finger) slowly paralyses the victim in the affected area (three turns before area is paralysed). Poison five (black and middle finger) is capable of killing the enemy in six posts. Naya (Shed) the user 'sheds' their previous skin healing injuries and poisons yet is unable to use poison for two or five posts afterwards (depending on how bad the injury that was healed was).

Asuka
Shirohasu (White Lotus) released using the command Kiyomeru (Purify or to purify). The katana disappears completely to be replaced by a large white lotus flower roughly the size of a small human. It has no attacks in this form and the only ability it possesses is to heal through the swallowing of the flowers, seeds, young leaves, and roots. The healing is almost instantaneous though it isn't a complete healing. The technique can only heal moderate to slightly fatal cuts.

Bankai:

Jin
Benihebi (Crimson Serpent) Bankai The user is joined by a large crimson snake (think Anaconda for size) that attacks the enemy mercilessly and has extremely venomous fangs. The venom is capable of killing an enemy in four posts but if the enemy is struck multiple times it knocks off a post on the total (for example three strikes death in two turns. Four death in one. If there was a turn in between strikes then knock off an additional turn.). The snake can also shed it's skin to heal injuries and make itself faster though once used it has to wait four turns before it's next use. The user has access to only two poisons and is garbed in crimson snake scale armor and still has the same weapon as in Shikai. The poison the user has access to on his right claws is the same type of poison as the snake. The poison the user has access to on his left claws take away the victims senses starting with sight immediately, then hearing the next post, then smell the next, then touch the next, and finally taste last. The users blood now becomes like acid eating through foreign objects (the user is immune to this). Naya (Shed) The user is still capable of shedding though know it is more of a last resort thing since when the user sheds it sheds the armor making the user quite a bit faster and stronger than before but without the extra defense and the use of the poison that kills. (More might be added later once I think of something else to add)

Asuka
Tenraishirohasu (Divine White Lotus) - A very large white lotus appears underneath the ground around Asuka and people of her choice. The size varies depending on how many people it is 'swallowing' and can be the size of a small room to that of a small building. Asuka is then garbed in an elegant dress that appears to made of lotus flowers. Once inside she has a few different abilities she can use. The first is used by saying the command Hanasaku (Bloom or to bloom) causing other flowers to grow inside the original lotus. They have the same effect as shikai with swallowed healing the person a little more quickly now. The second ability is used with the command Kaerizaki (Second Bloom) this causes the lotus flowers grown to replenish spiritual energy when swallowed. The first two abilities cause little energy to use and as such are her generally used abilities her other two however tend to take a lot out of her. The third ability is used with the command Hanbiraki (In half bloom) and is the only offensive ability of her entire zanpakuto. The entire lotus begins to raise in degrees upwards to 200 degrees literally boiling the people inside the flower. Asuka thanks to the dress is immune to this ability if she is not touching the flower because her own dress of lotus flowers regulate her own body temperature to stay normal. There are ways out of the attack but because she doesn't use it very often most people don't find it. The fourth and final ability she has is used with the command Masakari (Full Bloom) and causes the whole lotus to glow with a bright pink light. The people inside then immediately begin to rapidly heal any wound and have their energy replenished. The more people she is healing the more energy it takes to use. The drawback is once activated the ability won't shut off until she either passes out or they are healed.

Special Accessories:

Jin
Jin wears the typical shinigami uniform with his blade tied to his left side. The only notable accessories are his hair piece that doubles as a reiatsu suppressant and fingerless black gloves that cover the back of his hand and loop up to attach at the base of his fingers.

Asuka
She wears the uniform in the pic with her blade typically carried instead of tied to her side. She usually wears a white lotus flower in her hair. She wears very few accessories typically only being the two things in her hair and like her former Taicho a simple scarf though hers is white in color. She might wear a few rings every now and then and a choker or necklace depending on her mood.

Skills/Abilities:

Jin
Telepathy - He shares a form of telepathy with Asuka able to communicate with her mentally and know when she is in pain.
Shinkuronaizu (Synchronize) - A technique unique to Jin and Asuka that allows them to literally become of one mind with each other. While active they will literally see what each other are seeing with one eyes and know what the other is thinking even being able to talk out of one another. The technique leaves them both drained after use and they need rest afterwards so they typically only use when they deem it necessary. While active Jin's left eye and Asuka's right eye will become golden to signify the usage of the technique.
Vast Spiritual Power - Being a Captain he is capable of exerting Vast Spiritual Pressure that is some of the most potent in all of Soul Society. The spiritual pressure is easily great enough to knock out weak opponents and bring Lieutenant's to their knees. The effect of it is based on the amount of distance and without a strong reiatsu themselves most people tend to succumb to it. As such it is necessary to keep it limited at all times to fifty percent which is done so through a limiter in the form of the headband he wears. When released fully it will surround him like a serpent with the face of the serpent either behind his head or on his shoulder in a hissing position.
Enhanced Strength and Endurance - He has unusually high strength and endurance for his size able to easily lift three to four times his body weight with one hand. His endurance is great enough he can sustain even fatal injuries for short periods of time without any noticeable change in his fighting style.
Enhanced Durability - His vast amount of spiritual pressure limits the damage that comes his way. While at fifty percent the effect is not that noticeable allowing him to stop unreleased blades bare handed but not much else. When fully released however it is capable of allowing him to deflect a cero barehanded.
Zanjutsu User - He is skilled in the use of zanjutsu though not overly so. He tends to usually just focus on cutting the opponent not caring how he does so but does use his knowledge of it when necessary.
Reflexes - His reflexes are above average.
Enhanced Speed - He is naturally fast though not particularly skilled in shunpo able to outstrip most in speed without the aid of shunpo but falling behind while using shunpo.
Hakuda User - He is not exceptionally skilled in it's use but knows enough to get by without the use of his blade though again he tends to just focus on kicks and punches and not complex moves.
Keen Mind/Observant - He possesses a keen mind with a great memory and is quite observant when he needs to be.

Asuka

Great Spiritual Power - Being a Captain she possesses an average level of energy for one capable of exerting a great amount of reiatsu that is not particularly anything special amongst the rank of Captains.
Reiryoku Control/Sensing - Her control of her energy is great enough she doesn't waste any of it on any type of technique that requires energy using only the bare minimum and still keeping it's usual effect or power. On the flip side she has a keen sense of spiritual energy able to identify a person from a distance if she knows them and get an accurate assumption of strength.
Extremely Flexible - Thanks to her smaller size she is very flexible and is double jointed.
Photographic Memory/Observant - She possesses a photographic memory and is quite observant and knowledgeable. She has a higher level of intelligence than her brother.
Zanjutsu/Hakuda User - She is somewhat skilled in both forms of combat but her knowledge of them isn't too high so she tends to stay out of battle.

Personality:

Jin
He is a little less like his former Taicho having not inherited quite as much from him as his sister. He is still kind but to a lesser degree and doesn't dislike fighting but doesn't really enjoy it either. He is a little more honorable to a certain degree and is fearless to the point of stupidity at times. He is not above using tactics considered by many to be dirty when in a life or death battle but that is only after either physically stating so or releasing Bankai. He is the more stern of the two and so comes off as less scary then is sister since he tends to be like that more than the her. He holds a strong mutual bond with his sister and is protective over her to the point that if someone makes her cry he will declare his 'intention' to kill the person then proceed to attempt to do so.

Asuka
She is typically very kind like her former Taicho possessing many of the traits of her predecessor. She dislikes fighting, is protective, not above refusing treatment to people who verbally or physically abuse her division, and can be quite scary when she wants to be. She shares a close bond with Jin that is more unbreakable than the one between her and her Zanpakuto. When angered she is simply less kind never actually passing over into cruel though that doesn't necessarily mean she is always kind. The anger changes to being cruel if it has her brother involved. She is not above physically hitting her brother if he does something she deems foolish or life threatening unnecessarily (even while he is injured).

Biography/History:

Jin and Asuka
They were born in Soul Society to a lesser noble family and treated as the heirs of the family. The birth of both of them came as a surprise to their parents because they had been expecting only one child but couldn't have been happier to have both. They were pretty pampered the moment they were born and once they got a little older it was realized that Jin possessed a naturally high spiritual energy. Living a fairly normal life for nobles they went about their business without anything remarkable happening to them until they entered the academy. Both their parents had come down with a deadly disease that was going to kill them slowly.

Taking some time away from the academy they began to plan for their parents inevitable death. After a few weeks they both passed away and it was hard to go on at first but through the help of the rest of the family they were able to move passed it. Returning to the academy they finished off their time there and went into the Gotei Thirteen. Asuka entered into the Fourth Division where she met Yuki Nagasaki and developed a close relationship towards him since he reminded her of her father. Jin intially entered into Division Eleven but after awhile he joined his sister in Division Four.

After awhile Yuki helped them reach their full potential by helping them learn Bankai effectively training them as his replacement. When they became proficient in it's use he announced that he was retiring to the entire Division and that Jin and Asuka would become the new Captains after passing the exam. A few weeks later they both took the Exam and were allowed to become Co-Captains of Division Four. They have just recently began taking care of the Division's duties as Captains. Yuki has simply retired to his place of residence and rarely leaves anymore.

Powers:

Jin
Shunpo User - His skill in the technique is average for a captain and not exceptional really. He tends to fall behind most other Captains while using the technique because of his focus on natural speed outside the technique.

Kido Expert - He is knowledgeable in the ways of kido especially healing kido being able to use all healing kido though to a lesser extent then his sister. In other kido he is able to use up to number 81 though to a slightly lesser extent.

Asuka
Shunpo Expert - She is capable of keeping up with most captains in terms of speed but doesn't surpass any of them since she doesn't usually use it that often. Her main focus is getting to a certain spot quickly to heal a wounded Shinigami and not how many steps it takes her to do so.

Kido Master - She is a complete master of all healing kido able to use it all with ease and at times to a greater extent then usual. She is capable of using all kido up to number 90 though she tends to focus on healing kido. The use of her kido is far beyond what her brother is capable of and because of her focus on it she knows only the basic form of other battle styles.
