The Water/Ice division of the academy is on top of a large iceberg, in the middle of the ocean around the empire. One con constantly here the churning waves slapping the ice repeatedly, almost until one goes insane listening. On the iceberg is a large tower, surronded by 8 buildings, each surviving a different purpose.

Animal stable (For when animals are needed for classes. Here is where you can find a vareity of animals, and here exists and lab where penguins are tested on to create super penguins, with different appearences, or even high intelligence.)
