haha, i just did. i bought the Starmony cause it was in the marketplace for 3K and i thought the crazy obnoxious rainbow hair was pretty. minutes later i discovered it was way to crazy to make any sensible outfit with. still keeping it though, i'm just going to have to buy more loudly colorful items. xd

like Hisa, a good deal of my inventory is like that XD and most of the time, i end up buying more stuff to go with the item that doesn't seem to match anything. sadly enough, i often end up using the same handful of items when trying to come up with new outfits ._.
but like Kira, i often can't wait for Tektek to update so i can find reasons to wishlist the updated EIs xp

Agh...don't get me started. D: And it's even more annoying because I have a huge inventory as it is and STILL have this problem sometimes. ~-~
I did make this  though with Starmony, but I think the skirt, pants, and socks are the only Gold Shop items, which is beginning to annoy me greatly. B| I shouldn't have to rely so much on GC items for outfits...

I made my current avatar. But there are a lot of EIs and Donation Items in here. x3;; Though the skirt is from the Titan Seed that you get from the Aquariums.
I've got tons of items that I only bought for one pose, and I can't do much of anything else with. I need to clear it out someday.

happened to me a bunch of times. i either store it and hope new stuff comes out that'll look good with it... or just sell it when it inflates.
