Spring, the season after winter. Life begins to show up around Evereau. The birds begin to sing, the animals begin to wake from their long slumber, and Nova are having kits. A little black nova with white marking sighed as he looked up at the sky. He watched the birds pass by with his pumpkin orange eyes. He was alone, longing for interaction with another nova.
Regardless if they were male or female. He was actually bisexual and preferred males over females. He was called many names by his siblings. Queer, gay, stick-lover, and man-meat. He didn't like these horrid names and hoped to find someone to make him forget about anything such as that. He sighed as he walked through the grass lands for his morning drink and possible meal.

Izanagi sighed to himself. He was so tired of being judged for being a bisexual. He was born to parents unknown and the left him for dead as a kit. He managed somehow to survive the trial thanks to an old friend. A Nova by the name of Raziel.
Raziel had taken him in and had even understood when Iza thought that he loved Raziel. But Raziel explained to him that he could not love Iza the way he wanted to be loved because he had a mate.
Iza ran away from him that day. Heartbroken and feeling like giving himself to a Skeptos so that he would feel no more pain.
But out of all irony. Iza lived through the Sketos attack that he initiated on himself. But what could he do. He was still heartbroken and horrified that he had said he loved his best friend.
Now walking along a path in the forest he looked out through the fringe of the trees and he noticed a black and white Nova with such beautiful orange eyes. He stopped and stared, which was not accustomary of him. He could not help it though. Walking out of the woods and over to the beautiful Nova he said, "Hello...?"

The little black and white nova's ears twitched at the sound of someone talking to him. "Hello there..." He spoke in a calm yet elegant way as he rose to his feet. He trotted over to where the voice had appeared from. He saw the lovely grey nova.
He admired the black and white markings. Along with those cool grey blue eyes. " I'm Sovasu... What might your name be?" He asked as he watched the new nova, while his tail swished back and forth.

Izanagi smiled, a dashing smiled that most fainted at. "My name is Izanagi. It is wonderful to meet you Sovasu..." He trailed off, his voice slightly seductive. He was heavily attracted to the Nova. Izanagi's feathered tail curled around his back leg.

"What brings you out here, Izanagi?" Sovasu asked as he sat down on the cold grassy ground. He was curious of how this nova was wondering around his home area.

Izanagi was surprised. Most were already fawning over him. He cocked his head curiously and smiled, "I am kind of in the market for... a den. I was evicted from my home lets say.."

" You are welcome to stay at my home until you find yourself one, Izanagi." Sovasu offered with a smile. He couldn't keep his pumpkin eyes off the lovely grey nova. He was beginning to enjoy this Nova's company.

Izanagi cocked his head again, "Are you sure Sovasu.. I wouldn't want to put you out." He really was unsure about staying with such a handsome male Nova. Sovasu might be someone that he could get attached to and fast. Looking into the pumpkin colored eyes he almost sighed in happiness. He was almost in love... But he was sure Sovasu was straight...

"Letting a lovely gray nova like you out in the cold would be heartless of me. Besides, I wouldn't mind some company. Why not come into my home for some blueberry tea?" Sovasu smiled as he rose to his feet. He made a wonderful blueberry tea, but didn't know if he had any other foods to go with it. He headed off towards his while his tail swayed behind him. "Coming, Izanagi?" He asked as he looked over his shoulder to see if the gray nova was following him.

Izanagi smiled and followed quickly, loping slightly to catch up with him. "Thank you for your hospitality Sovasu." Izanagi smiled brightly at him, he was so kind.

Sovasu chuckled,"To not have someone like you join me for tea would be quite irresponsible." He said as he let the gray nova catch up to him. They both entered a cozy little den that was dug up in the ground of the grassy forest floor. " I hope you don't mind the lack of snacks that I have to go with the tea. I have been meaning to go gather more. Would you like any honey or something sweet for your tea, Izanagi?" Sovasu asked as he poured a bit of honey into his tea. He set out some wheat squares with a small strawberry on top.

"Honey would be lovely Sovasu. You do seem quite prepared for visitors. Might I ask if you get quite a few visitors...?" Izanagi self counseled himself to make sure he didn't slip up. He really liked Sovasu and didn't want this to go wrong.

"I don't get visitors unless it's from an animal that wishes to eat me... After all, I live in a forest that's away from many other common home places." Sovasu explained as he poured a bit of honey into Izanagi's blueberry tea. He set the tea down on a stump table. He had some little bunches of spices sitting in little cubbyholes in the walls of his den. " If it's too sweet, I have a hint of ginger to tone it down a bit." He suggested as he took hold of his cup, taking a small sip.

Izanagi being as uncivilized as he was lapped from the cup like a dog. He didn't know how to use cups. Not the best manners.
As he slurped he said, "Mmm, this is lovely. I haven't had sweet blueberry tea in a long time. Since I stayed with Ra..." He trailed off horrified that he almost mentioned him...

Sovasu chuckled as Izanagi lapped up his tea," Well I'm glad you like it. What's better than having a warm cup of sweet tea on a cool spring day?" He said with a harty smile that turned his face into an expression of curiosity." Ra? i'm going to guess that they were a dear friend?" He asked then looked away sheepishly,"If I come off as nosy, I do apologize." He said as he looked back at Izanagi.
