My Goal: To Do Advanced Offensive and Defensive Abilities within short periods of time.
What I Can Do Now: Create a Ki Ball, Absorb My Own Ki After Making It Into a Ki Ball, Recharge A Small Amount of Energy.
I'm about to check out psipog.net to see if it helps, but I will still need a teacher to speed up the skill acquisition process.

I mean that if I give you a warning you Will heed it. Otherwise I will just stop teaching you early on and it will get no where. Also if I make a suggestion you'll attempt to follow it and pay attention etc.
That you will not disappear the second you hear something that you don't like or that questions your beliefs. That you will be an interactive learner.

I can, on almost any occasion, make a weak psi ball with little or no preparation, although if I'm ill or extremely tired I might have to meditate a bit first, and on rare occasions, after expanding and condensing my psi ball numerous times, it can go from the tingly sensation I usually get to a pulsating sensation.
I can also relieve minor pain in myself by moving psi there with the intent of relieving myself of pain.
I can put a psi ball somewhere and it will keep its place as long as I have some amount of concentration on it.
I can reabsorb a psi ball I made instead of it dissipating (or at least that is what I think.)
I can recharge small amounts of psi through meditation. I usually receive energy from celestial bodies through the top of my head, although if I'm standing up and need a recharge I use grounding and absorb earth energy through my feet.
I once cooled down my macaroni and cheese (which is normally too hot to eat) and when I did that, it became too cold to eat.
That is all I can think of right now. If I think of anything else, I'll add it here.
