Where it was found/Who made it: He got it from his brother as a gift from his cousin.

The Range of the weapon: Short - Mid Range
Weakness: Difficult to use, especially towards beginners.
Description: The appearance is of a regular yo-yo, but it's made out of a dense structure that can absorb and utilize the chakra of someone with the lightning element. He does own more than one, all from the same creator. Keegan usually carries two.
Powers/Abilities: Fire resistance. It can send out a sonic blast with the use of chakra.

RP Sample:
Keegan, as he stood in a training field facing large tree, reached into his pocket to pull out his yo-yo. While doing so, he managed to use his wire control technique to wrap the wire around his finger. His eyes glazed over it, and he began to let go of the weapon. But just before it hit the ground, Keegan wrapped the wire once around his hand and gave it a hard tuck backwards. During this action he allowed his body to lean back with the tug and spun counterclockwise with it. By pressing his free hand on the wire and using his wire control technique a little, he managed to force the yo-yo to turn with him. It grazed the ground, tearing off a curved path of grass. Keegan slammed his right foot into the ground and finished rotating his body so that it was at a 45 degree angle from where he started, and then forced the weapon forward along with both of his hands. As the dense weapon hurdled at the tree, the boy sent a spark of chakra through the wire of his toy. Once the head of the yo-yo collided with the tree, a wave of sound blew a large crater in it; because is started to lose it's spin from the hard throw, the shinobi yanked the weapon back into his hand and finished his example.

Where it was found/Who made it: Made by one of his ancestors and was given to him by his mother.

The Range of the weapon:Close range

Weakness: Drains the elemental chakra of the wielder.

Description: The weapon his a breakable Bo staff held together by a small insignificant amount of chakra it can be broken in half into two Kali sticks. The bo is made of the hardest wood from the tiga tree.

Powers/Abilities: It can channel the users natural element chakra as well as be used as a medium for use of raw elemental chakra and elemental jutsu.

Power/Abilities Chakra Cost: doubles the chakra use of the jutsu used as well as the destruction force.

Rp Sample:

Tagame was sanding still his headband raised revealing one of his blind eyes. The filmed eye was still and unmoved for Tagame had forgotten how to move them years ago. He waited for the on coming ninja to reveal themselves. He had heard them about a mile back. His hearing was at a peak because the only sounds being made was that of him and his pursuers. The first one was blunt and loud. the very prideful man was taken down in a second. Tagame had drawn his staff and hit him over the head then struck him in the eye. The staff pierced his eye and rammed into the back of the mans skull fracturing it. Tagame then lifted the man removing his staff and smacked him in the temple sending him off into a pile of nearby brush.

The next two men were smarter. They came in pairs and did not come near Tagame. The threw shuriken and kunai from a distance. Seo sent wind chakra into the weapon and broke it in two. moving quickly he flipped the sticks in a circle blocking the weapons from both sides. When the two men ran out of weapons the began to charge at him. Tagame smiled "I can taste your fear." He made the chakra more violent and increased the speed of the air circulation. he spun the sticks and brought them together once more. The bo gathered dirt and loose grass. He quickly canceled the wind and stopped the staff horizontally sending the debris in the eyes of the charging men. He jumped in the air allowing them to run into each other he broke the staff once more and struck both men in the back of the head killing them both.

He did a front flip while putting the staff back together. as he landed he put it on his back and began to walk away. "I can't believe they sent three ninja after me. So disrespectful."
