This is the Guide where you will be finding the most basic of Spells for the Water and Ice Empire. Level one spells can be performed by peasents, as well as Students and soldiers, and their uses and and effectiveness vary.
The Key to Water and Ice spells is simple. The spells are labeled as Mizugijutsu(water art), and given a number. There are a large amount of spells, and some are not released to the public... yet.

Mizugijutsu number 1: Create: This spell is simple, the user chants the name of the spell, and between two open hands, about a gallon of water is created.
Mizugijutsu number 2: Whip: Any amount of water within close range of the user can be created into a whip to attack foes.
Mizugijutsu number 3: Block: Using water close to him or her, the user makes a shield out of water that is as big as a average human torso and as strong as steel.
Mizugijutsu number 4: Pummel: Using water close to the user, that person creates a ball about 2 times the size of basketball, and then makes spikes erupt out of it. Then it is magical hurled at a foe. This attack can break through stone.
Mizugijutsu number 5: Pond: The user points towards a spot on the ground, and a small body of water is made, the size depends on the user's skill.
Aisugijutsu number 1: Freeze: The user points to a body of water and freezes it, the amount depends on a user's skill. Most will say this and Misugijutsu: Pond, are partner spells, as the work almost the same way.
Aisugijutsu number 2: Crush: The user chants the spell, and then focuses on a target, and large block of ice, about the size of a refridgerator, is formed infront of the user and flies at the target, or if the user is skilled, about 5 feet above the target, and falls down.
