The blazing sun shone through out the sky, its hot rays beating down on the already dry cracked ground. A small tumble weed made its was across the hot ground being carried by a heavy wave of headed air. Suddenly its path was cut off by long black and yellow fluffy mass which happened to be the tail of a vary unfortunate and agitated Modi Fox lying on its side. The desert... hot... humid... and nothing but sand for miles... and miles. A big chunk of dead earth and blazing sun... "What am I doing out here any way?!" Hitoru yelled as he rolled onto his back and proceeded to rock left and right with frustration. Finally after what seemed like minuets he just flopped back onto his right side and comically glared at the tumble weed attached to his tail. "Oh yeah... I was banished..." and with one quick swish of his tail he sent the tumble weed on its way again.

Alibi yawned as he stretched out his front paws on the ground. When finished with his front legs, he moved to the back ones stretching them as best he could. He looked up into the morning sky which was still dark. "Mmmm..." he smile then shook his mane and sat down. He began cleaning himself licking his paws then bring them up to wipe his face. He liked to make himself decent for his mate. Once he was finished he stood and made his way to a small pond near the place they had stopped to sleep.

Kito walked calmly through the desert, the burning sands didn't irritate his feet as it would most other foxes since he was used to walking behind his friend. Everywhere Argintie went, the ground heated from the flames coming out of his feet. His friend was looking for water at the moment though, so Kito was alone, enjoying the view. He liked the little flowers on the cacti.
A shadow passed over the blue and silver fox, causing him to look towards the sky. Kito's tail waved happily as he caught sight of the silhouette of his friend. Or...at least he though it was his friend...could there be another 'Deava around? The shy fox suddenly cowered in fear and hid behind a cactus. Argintie looked down at the vast wastelands in annoyance as he flew high above. He was searching for water in all this heat, and wasn't having much luck. At this rate he may have to carry Kito back to the forest. Finally, he caught sight of a small pool of water, one of the few remnants of the rainy season. Satisfied, he began to fly back the way he came.
About halfway there, his attention was caught by something moving about the sands. It was a yellow and black fox that had somehow blended in with his surroundings on the first trip over. Now it seemed to be spazzing out due to a tumble weed. Or so was the 'Deava's opinion from about a mile up. Interested, he went to get Kito so the two of them could check this oddity out.
Argintie spotted Kito as the shy fox ran to hide ineffectively behind a cactus. He sighed and landed in a whoof of dust. "Kito, it's just me, get out here." he said, waiting for said fox to obey. "I found something interesting. Let's go."
Safiya woke as Alibi stirred and looked up at him, smiling. Standing, she shook herself of the lingering effects of the sleep and paced down to his side near the water. "Good morning, my love." She said, giving his cheek a quick lick. She smiled again and turned to the water, taking a deep drink to quench her thirst.

Hitoru sighed in boredom kicking up sand as he did considering his head was on the ground, which then accidentally got into his eyes. "Ack!" He closed his eyes as he felt the sand get into them. "Ow! Ahh... way to go Hitoru..." he reached up with a paw and began wiping his eyes trying to get the sand out. As he opened an eye to see if he had indeed gotten the sand out he saw a black shadow headed toward him, blocking out the sun. "What the..." He slowly looked up in to the sky and his jaw dropped. "No... way... that cant be..." But as quickly as it came it was gone. He sat up and cocked his head to the left staring in the direction it had gone. He wasn't sure if the desert was just playing tricks on him, or if he really did see a 'Deava.
Alibi smiled happily as he watched her walk over. The proof of that was in his tail which was waving excitedly. "Good morning beautiful." He purred as he licked her back then nuzzled his head against her neck. He pulled away so she could drink. "Did you sleep ok?" He leaned down and began lapping up the water along side her.

Kito edged out from behind the cactus sheepishly. "Sorry, Gin. I knew it was you, but I just thought...well that it might not be." Kito said softly. He looked up at the huge 'Deava and walked up to him without fear. "What did you find, Gin?"
"Another fox." The 'Deava replied. He lifted off the ground and picked Kito up by the scruff of his neck like an over grown kit. The position was slightly painful for the blue fox and it didn't work for long distances, but the short hop to the other fox wouldn't strain Argintie's wings too bad. The two of them flew off and Argintie quickly landed again, this time near the yellow and black fox and dropped Kito.
"Yes, of course. I stayed quite warm with you curled around me." She said teasingly. She stepped away from the pool of cool water, her beads clacking gently. She swatted his shoulder gently with her tail and laughed lightly. "Come play tag with me."

He had still been sitting in the same spot for a wile after he had thought he saw the 'Deava. "Hm..." He stood and began walking in the direction he saw it fly. "I wonder if it really was a 'Deava..." Of course he had to go and see if it was for his self... as such was his nature. He then suddenly stopped as he spotted another shadow in the sky. He cocked his head again and watched as the shadow got closer and as it did his eyes widened. Sure enough he watched the 'Deava land along with another fox, which was something he had never seen before but then again he had never really seen a 'Deava ether.
He smiled as he licked her nose. "Good. I'm glad I was a good fluffy blanket for you." he chuckled as he joked with her. "Oh Tag!" he beamed as he jumped in the air. "I love that game!" he sounded just like a kid. It had been a wile since he had played tag with her and was excited. He then followed her. "Who's it?"

Kito peeked at the brightly colored fox and backed up until he ran into Argintie's leg. "He-hello." He greeted softly.
Argintie's tail lashed as he studied the fox in front of him. He looked quite interesting, enough to relieve him of his ennui. He allowed a wicked smile to cross his muzzle.
Safiya laughed and brushed the fluffly part of her tail across his muzzle. "You're it." She said, taking off into a run, stretching out the kinked muscles she had accumulated through sleep.

Hitoru blinked as he watched the blue and silver fox back up into the 'Deava. He gave it a funny look. "Um... h...hi?" He then looked up at the 'Deava as he smiled. "Mm..." Hitoru swallowed hard as his ears went back with a slight look of horror on is face. He didn't if he was smiling or thinking about eating hi. "Um... Heh heh..." he laughed nervously as he took a low sep back. He was crouched low but still keeping his eyes on the giant 'Deava. "Is uh... is this your territory? cause if it is i'm sorry... I didn't know..." He was still currently backing away from the 'Deava and blue modi.
"Hm?" Alibi watched as she brushed her tail across his muzzle, going cross eyed as it reached the end of his nose. "Achoo!" He sneezed closing eyes. "What?" He then looked up just in time to see her run off. "Hey!" he smiled. "Nuuuuu!" He chuckled as he started after her. "Wah hahaha... run as fast as you can... you cant escape me. I will find youuuuuu." He said in a playful tone as he jumped on a small log.

Argintie's smirk grew wider as the little fox started backing away from him. Having all manner of fun at the other fox's expense, he stalked around the smaller fox, cutting off his retreat. "If this was my territory," he purred at the yellow and black fox, "Do you really think I'd just let you just leave after trespassing on it? I think I may just have to teach you a lesson." He opened his wings quickly, generating a loud snap and effectively making himself bigger as he loomed over his new toy.
"Gin!" Kito scolded, half panicked by the other's attitude. When Argintie became "playful" like that a fight normally ensues. "Stop scaring him. This isn't our territory, and Gin's just being...friendly." He explained to the other fox, his voice dropping down to his normal soft tones.
Safiya grinned as she heard her mate's loud cries. She peeked out from behind a tree and laughed in his direction. Spinning around, she darted deeper into the small copse of trees around the oasis, waving her white tail behind her like a beacon, showing Alibi which direction she was taking.

"Mm..." Hitoru gulped as he watched the 'Deava smirk. "Oh boy..." he mumbled as he stopped considering he had cut off his escape route. Watching as he circled him he had a vary bad feeling that he was going to be getting mixed up in something he shouldn't. "Oh... So then... this is your territory... so sorry... if you would just..." he stopped as he watched the 'Deava size him up. Oh c~r~a~p
When he thought for sure he would have to defend his life he was surprised to see the blue modi confront the 'Deava. "Eh?" He looked at him surprised after he mentioned that this was in fact not the 'Deava's territory. "Oh..." he blinked then looked back up at the 'Deava. Friendly? That's friendly?
Alibi looked around as he stood on the small log. His ears perked up as they shifted around trying to pick up the slightest noise of his mate. He heard the fait noise of leaves and grass ruffling to his right and looked over. "Ah ha!" he smiled as he could just make out the whiteness of his mates tail. He jumped down off the log and landed with a small thump on the ground. He laughed as he quickly began following her. "I see you running!" He chuckled as he sped up trying to catch her.

"Kito..." Gin grumbled, tail lashing irritatedly. "You are ruining all my fun. And who says I didn't claim this as my territory?" He growled, fairly ignoring the still scared fox.
"You can't claim this as your territory, we're part of Akatsuki." Kito replied. "Like I said, just ignore him. He likes to go around scaring people." he said to the fox. "By the way, what's your name?"
Safiya laughed, "That doesn't mean you'll catch me, love." She called back over her shoulder, sprinting out into the desert. Smal dust clouds got kicked up beneath her heels.

Hitoru cocked his head as he watched the two biker back and forth. after watching the two he figured they really didn't mean any harm. So rather then continue to cower and look ridiculous he stood straight. "Hitoru... my name is Hitoru..." He smiled sheepishly. "So... What are you guys doing out here?" He wagged his tail. "I mean... I've never seen a 'Deava before..."
"Oh we'll see!" he laughed as he followed her. She was always the faster one out of the both of them though. He smiled as he jumped on an over turned log then off it and landed at the border line of the forest, where the sand met grass. Watching her run always amazed him. She was so fast. "Hey! Wait up!"

Argintie folded his wings back along his body and glared at the cheeky little fox. Still, he supposed giving the new toy a heart attack would end his fun soon anyway. He paced around the fox again. "We aren't very sociable creatures." He growled.
"We're just exploring, Gin gets cooped up in the forest, so we get permission to fly off every now and then." Kito replied. "And if you haven't gotten it by now, our names are Kito and Argintie. We were looking for some water and found some not too far from here. Would you like to come with us?"
Safiya slowed to a quick canter rather than an all out sprint and allowed alibi to get closer to her before sprinting off again, then slowing. She loved playing with her mate, she had such fun teasing him. "Come on, love, you'll never catch me if you don't run any faster." she said, grinning back at him.

"Oh... Well... yeah... I can kinda see that." He watched as the 'Deava walked around him. He didn't seem much like the sociable type. He looked over at the blue fox as he spoke. "Yeah I can kind see why. It must feel crowded to fly with all those trees in the way." He smiled as he pawed at the ground slightly. "Yeah I heard the first time when you said your names." His tail wagged haply. "I like those names. There really cool." When he heard them mention water and food his ears perked right up. "Food? And water?! really?! Oh thank god! I'm soooo thirsty! Yeah! I'd love to come with you guys!"
Alibi smiled as he approached her. He was so close to catching her. "I got you now!" He put all of his power into his back legs and jumped at her. Of course just as he did she sprinted off again. "Curse youuuuuu!" He hit the ground and went skidding on his belly. Once he stopped he looked up at her running form and pouted. "I run perfectly fine... your just... fast like a freak..." crying

"At least Akakumo is there. He lets me stretch my wings." Agintie said, snapping his wings open again and giving them a couple of beats. They weren't enough to left him off the ground, but they created a small down draft towards the smaller foxes. He smirked as Kito stumbled in it a little.
"And I don't believe food was mentioned, though if you want to be...I mean stay," he gave another wicked smile at Hitoru, "for dinner, I'm sure I can...find something." He looked the black and yellow fox over with a hungry expression. Not that he would ever eat another modi, but it was fun to make them uncomfortable.
Kito rolled his eyes after he righted himself from the blast of air. Gin was having fun, and nothing he could do would stop him. It was better to allow him to let it out of his system anyway, that way he didn't disrupt the tribe. Still, Kito felt a little sorry for his victim.
"Which way was the pond you found, Gin?" Kito asked, acting as if Gin hadn't said the last bit. Maybe Hitoru wouldn't freak out if Kito wasn't freaked out.
Safiya trotted back to Alibi and giggled at his ungraceful form. "I am not. You just need to build endurance." She teased before putting her nose to his and licking his muzzle in affection. "Should we take a break and get a drink?"
