~Welcome~
A long while ago Kuro decided to get a new home⦠or more like a neighborhood if you will. This place was an enclosed bunch of houses for all her residents to live, but she does not make one pay rent, nor does she allow just anyone to enter her gate. She decides who will live there.
This area, where the Koshi elves live, is an enclosed society. They are allowed to leave whenever they please and bring friends; it is somewhat like a bunch of apartments. The theme of this place being Japanese; the gate is wooden but very sturdy and thick. One could only enter if they live there or accompanied by a resident.
As you walk through the gate door, you only see the main house. Surrounding the main house, where Kuro the landlady and her servants stay, there are beautiful maple trees and cherry blossoms. The whole estate is like a big Japanese garden. When you walk around back, there is a big koi pond. Sitting on the back wooden covered walkway, you can sit down and feed the koi in the pond, which Kuro does during her visits. This house used to be a summer home, but she likes to visit it more than one season (autumn!).
There are houses scattered symmetrically about the estate, hidden by various structures and trees. But toward the back of the estate, on the left side, is a small waterfall coming from above a rock structure. And once you walk deeper into the area, passed the koi pond there is a rather large building behind many colorful trees. This place Kuro decided to make into a hot spring.
