ok,so Im getting irritated,maybe its cause I was up to 3:00 am watching a movie with a crappy ending,or maybe its cause he is becoming increasingly assholeish,but Im going nuts! We have this guy staying with us,and his friend too,well,a few of you might remember me posting about the gecko,well,it got away about a week ago,and I found and caught it yesterday. Now he has forbidden anyone but the two of them to touch the container that the gecko is in,so THEN he goes out to our garage,and is looking for a fish tank to keep the gecko in,he finds my 30 gallon bow front,that I have setting out there,and I have reserved for my turtle Yuma,and came in talking about it,and how perfect it is,and getting a screen for it tomorrow,and I asked him "your not talking about that big bow front one right out here are you?" and hes like "yea" and Im like "you cant have that,its mine,I have it set aside for Yuma when he gets bigger" and he was like "well your mom said I could have one out there" and I was like "not that one,its not hers,its mine,and its reserved for Yuma my turtle" and he got all bitchy and snippy,and it was ridiculous,as if this little 2 inch gecko needs 30 gallons all to its self,it would never even find its food if that happened. (I was quite pissed about getting in a custody battle over my OWN fish tank) Then I went to get on the comp,well,he didnt log off his account,they have a PW,I knew it,so I went to X out of it,and they had changed it,which ticks me off,cause its his fault that he LEFT it logged in,and if you do that it slows down the comp really bad,so I had to restart the comp, (not a big deal,but if they lose something I better not get yelled at,and I also dont appreciate them downloading stuff,cause if it gets a virus they cant afford to fix it) and then a few days ago,I loaned him 10$ for gas so he could go and make a trade for these tires that he needs,well,the next day or so,I was trying to tell his friend something funny,I accidentally interrupted her,then apologized (I thought she had finished) and let her finish,then told her,and then he started yelling about how its a miracle that she even knows what the whole movie is about cause of "someone!" talking constantly,when that was the only thing I had said in like an hour,so it was ridiculous. and Im getting increasingly pissy about the situation,because hes being a jerk,especially when Im being nice and everything. I have the feeling I will explode on him eventually, earlier I suggested he take a wing off the fly that he had in there for the gecko,and he said they only like live prey they can chase,I told him that it doesnt kill them,and he acted like I was trying to start this huge a** fight,this sucks,were just starting to get rid of brian (HE FINALLY MOVED OUT!) and now he comes in here and starts being an a**....

sounds like he needs to do some research on reptile care. i hope he isnt trying to feed it wild flies he catches is he? that little gecko should be on flightless fruit flies or small mealworms from the store or homebred to make sure they are free from chemicals and such
and a 5gal would be plenty of room for a gecko that small. it will be hard for him to find his food in a tank that big and i doubt he is being hand fed since he is wild caught.
and it would be a cold day in hell before someone took one of my spare tanks away from me. and you dont touch a tank thats reserved for a reptile, its just one of those rules lol

Yep, I know the feeling. I have a roommate that I invited 2 months ago from Georgia, with the idea that she would get a job. She has been out looking 5 times. Tomorrow she gets the boot.

Shanna66 sounds like he needs to do some research on reptile care. i hope he isnt trying to feed it wild flies he catches is he? that little gecko should be on flightless fruit flies or small mealworms from the store or homebred to make sure they are free from chemicals and such and a 5gal would be plenty of room for a gecko that small. it will be hard for him to find his food in a tank that big and i doubt he is being hand fed since he is wild caught. and it would be a cold day in hell before someone took one of my spare tanks away from me. and you dont touch a tank thats reserved for a reptile, its just one of those rules lol they were wild caught,whenever I feed wild caught flies,I will rinse them off with water first,but he specifically told me to stay out of their business,not to mention,I dont like saying anything to him,cause he manages to think Im trying to start a fight,now he has taken one of my other 10 gallons,that I had dug a hole into the plastic siding for,so that I could put the cord to my heat rock in there,I want the hole to stay there,so that I could sometime use it for a lizard if I want,and have the option of a heat rock (I would also get an under tank heater though) but he wants to fill it with epoxy,I told him to use silicone cause its not as liquidy,and he almost started a fight about that,I just talked to my mom,she told me to tell him that he needs to use silicone,cause the epoxy is toxic,which wouldnt surprise me,cause its very smelly,it pisses me off,cause not having a sutable setup is the very reason I didnt want the lizard when they gave him to me,and now theyre taking my stuff,hes harassing me about my 10 gallon tank lid,which I have been using for like 6 days now,to keep my baby rats from getting over to another part of my moms bed where Im afraid since they dont have a good recall yet,they could get lost,and its ticking me off...Im about to lose it stare

Tomorrow she gets the boot. yea,hes supposed to be getting one,but instead he just sits here playing around with his "wife" and on the comp,he has had one job in the like month and a half since he got out of jail (it was a cleaning job that lasted only 2 days,and thats where they found the gecko) he was also trying to talk her into getting a dog,how stupid,they cant afford a dog,they can barely afford a teeny gecko,thank goodness she sees that they cant afford a dog,I have the feeling I will end up with the gecko anyways,they and the gecko are gone today,I woke and they are all 3 gone,IDK where they are,I dont care as long as long as I get some peace lol

That was just before 5pm, and it's now almost 3:30am...all I have to day is she better be packed by the time I come home from grocery shopping later this morning, she won't like it if I pack for her. I want my house back.

I've had custody battle over some cages before.
My sister traded my jumbo critter-keeper to her friend for some barbie s**t.
She also let another of her friends have my 10 gallon aquarium in exchange for $10.

he got stuff for her now,hes using one of my 10 gallons,but thats ok,unfortunately,he got arrested earlier today,I have the gecko here,and shes going to probably stay here at least for a good long while,but shes not much trouble.

Cowgirl-with-heart he got stuff for her now,hes using one of my 10 gallons,but thats ok,unfortunately,he got arrested earlier today,I have the gecko here,and shes going to probably stay here at least for a good long while,but shes not much trouble. Aw, that sucks. Well maybe you can educate her on the proper care of her gecko.
