Episode 19/20: The Seige of the North.
Quote from the episode-
Aang: (as the group is about to leave Zuko in the snow) Wait. We can't just leave him here.
Sokka: (beat, very determined) Sure we can. Let's go.
Aang: No. If we leave him, he'll die.
(goes to pick up the unresponsive Zuko)
Sokka: (sarcastically, as they are taking off on Appa) Yeah, this makes a alot of sense. Let's bring the guy who's constantly trying to kill us!

My favorite episode is the boiling rock. The zuko sokka bonding time is awesome and there are lots of funny lines.
Chit Sang: I hear you're hatching an escape plan and I want in.
Zuko: There's nothing to get in on.
Sokka: Yeah, The only thing were hatching is...an egg?
(Suki and Zuko groan and put their heads down in their hands)

I've always enjoyed the Tales of Ba Sing Se. Some parts of it ( Sokka. xD ) were really funny, while others could be quite sad.

I like the ember island players and the finale of avatar ^^ some of the best moments.

As far as humor goes:
I loved the Desert, when Sokka got high on Cactus Juice. "It's a GIANT MUSHROOM!!! 8DDD Maybe it's friendly!!"
Also, the Cave of Two Lovers. The singing nomads cracked me up. Their song about the secret tunnel was a riot.
As far as epic-content goes:
I loved the Seige of the North, The Southern Raiders had some of the coolest waterbending action in the whole series, I thought.... and the Puppetmaster. That one was scary. o.o But awesome. I also loved The Avatar and the Firelord, because that plot-twist just made my life. I loved it- I think it really tied the whole thing together, especially as far as Aang and Zuko are concerned.

I love the episode "The Beach" in which Zuko, Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee go on vacation to Ember Island in Book 4 XD
Ty Lee: ...OK, if you want a boy to like you, just look at him and smile a lot and laugh at everything he says, even if it's not funny.
Azula: Well, that sounds really shallow and stupid...Let's try it.
Azula: My own mother thought I was a monster...she was right, of course, but it still hurt.
Ty Lee: Calm down, you guys. This much negative energy is bad for your skin. You'll totally break out.
Zuko: Bad skin!? Normal teenagers worry about bad skin. I don't have that luxury. My father decided to teach me a permanent lesson on my face.
Ty Lee: Sorry, Zuko, I...
Zuko: For so long I thought that if my dad accepted me, I'd be happy. I'm back home now, my dad talks to me. He even thinks I'm a hero. Everything should be perfect, right? I should be happy now, but I'm not! I'm angrier than ever and I don't know why!
Chan: You’re pretty.
Azula: Together, you and I will be the strongest couple in the entire world! We will dominate the earth!!
Chan: Uh, I gotta go....
Azula: We are the perfect party guests. We arrive right on time because we are very punctual.
Zuko: (picks up a seashell and tries to give it to Mai) Here. This is for you.
Mai: Why would I want that?
Zuko: I saw it, and I thought it was pretty. Don’t girls like stuff like this?
Mai: Maybe stupid girls. *throws rock*
Azula (after the volleyball game): Yes! We have defeated you for all time! You will never rise from your ashes of shame and humiliation! Well...that was fun
rofl I just love Azula in this episode, and how Zuko and Azula in particular just aren't all that great with people XD still, touching at the end with Zuko finally starting to understand that it isn't his father's love he wants.
I also LOVE the episode "Zuko Alone".
Zuko: Ow! Stupid turtle duck. Why’d she do that?
Ursa: Zuko, that’s what mom’s are like. If you mess with their babies - chomp - they’re going to bite you back!
Ursa: I was just coming to get you. Uncle Iroh sent us a letter from the war front. You’re soaking wet.
Zuko: Girls are crazy!
Azula: Dad’s going to kill you. Really… he is.

Tales of Ba Sing Se. I love Toph and Katara's story. It was the first time I saw Toph cry and it was so sweet when Katara told her she was pretty! I also love the story with Uncle Iroh, that one always makes me cry. And the one with Momo is sad. And Sokka is just funny :p
Girl 1: Nice makeup.
Toph: Thanks.
Girl 1: For a clown. (starts laughing with the other girls.)
Katara: Come on Toph, don't worry about them.
Girl 2: I think she looks cute, like that time you put a sweater on your pet poodle monkey.
(they all start to laugh again)
Katara: Come on Toph.
Toph: No no, that was a good one. Like your poodle monkey! Ha! You know what else is a good one?(Earthbends a hole in the bridge under the girls.)
Katara: Now that was funny. (Waterbends the water away with the girls)
Katara (to Toph): I know you don't really care about these things, but I think you're really pretty.
Toph: Thanks. I'd return the compliment, but I have no idea what you look like.
