Awesome, though you couldn't pay me to get in a shark cage. As Billy Connelly once said, the stuff in the sea doesn't want us there >.>; (Though he's changed his tune after going snorkelling). Don't get me wrong, I love water, I just don't like stuff coming up at me **blames Jaws**
I salute your bravitude **salutes**

So cool. Those look like blues or greys. Very awesome! Where did you do the dive?
One of these days, I'm going to do a shark dive. My hubby thinks I'm insane, but it's just so darn amazing! I love sharks. ^_^

*is now officially jealous* that would be AWESOME!
Is one of the MANY things on the list I'd like to do someday, when I ever get to it and doesn't cause a big problem with things. Skydiving is another on that list and there is even a place 'bout 20 miles from my house, just haven't gotten to it yet. I mean it'll take up a whole day to do the prep, training, etc. then the actual jump. Haven't gotten around to it yet, I'm sure I will when it feels its the right time.
Maybe when my kids are in their teens I'll do some of those things... maybe then I'll also have the cash to be able to just do them. *shrugs* only time will tell...

The Dive was awesome and we're going back, also on the note of skydiving, my ex is going next month, in a tandem jump, i am not participating LOL
Also: no we didn't touch them, we were warned a touch would cause them to think they missed a piece of fish, and bite before they realized it wasn't a fish. Sharks don't like hte way we taste, and these sharks are used to the dives, so they were really passive and just cruisen around.

yeah sharks generally don't like the way we taste and most of the attacks are cause the person was doing something to make themselves appear like the sharks natural prey (say a seal) and so it goes after them and bites, then realizes its mistake and releases and takes off. Course that don't help the diver any when they have this nasty bite mark on them that could quickly bleed them out, but the animal wasn't trying to be malicious or anything. And scuba diving is on my list as well... I need to serious write it down sometime as my memory get fuzzy occasionally... the whole age and kids making your older quicker thing.
