Um , if you like a Squier then you haven't gone out much. Squier=worst guitar ever, you shouldn't be proud of having one dude. But good job on Fender amp. And you misspelled 'love'.

There are far worse guitars than squier. Most of the knock off brands (Squier isn't a knock off, it's a subsidiary.) have far worse components and build qualtiy. Also, Squiers are much easier to mod, because they will follow the same wiring diagrams as their Fender brothers.

Hey man, don't be so rough. Everyone has got to start somewhere, and a Squier/Fender strats are usually where they do.

No worries xd I had my Behringer strat-copy for like a year before I got my Ibanez GAX30. Having a strat kinda starter guitar is good, but only lasts you so long before you begin to search for a better/different sound, tone, different hardware etc. But they are still great, I think it's best to learn and get good on them before buying a higher end guitar.

Yeah, I'm suddenly reminded of this kid at school last year who had a Squier. He brought it to school one day claiming it was the best guitar ever. He wouldn't even let anybody touch it. Now keep in mind it was just an ordinary Squier, no new hardware, just standard. And the kid claimed to be better than anybody else in the school. Now, I had already hated the kid, but tis just set me off. The next day my friend brought his Epiphone Les Paul to school(it was the last week), and his little mini amp. I walked up to the kid while he was talking with his friends, plugged in the amp in an outlet(yes, there were outlets on the outside of the building), and just busted out a Megadeth solo right in front of him and his friends. It was great seeing the look on his face, just standing there holding his Squier, glaring at me, good times, good times.^.^
