Setting: The Sky City, Elysia
Summary: The emperor has requested that a group of the best scientists created a small army of virtually indestructable warriors the resemble the elementals that once stood as guardians of Eden. A male child from thirteen of the most prestegious families is taken and transformned into an elemental themselves. The project appeared to be a success, however no one expected the subjects to rebel. The boys ran away soon after the experiment was completed and are forced to survive on their own.

He has always been a trouble-maker, and was a hand-full at home. He acted out to get attention, being ignored as the worthless youngest son. He acts like a brat and a jerk, but that hides his feelings of insecurity.

Bio: Matsuro doesn't even remember either his childhood, or his family, as he was very young when he was given to the scientists for the experiments. His parents had given him up without a fuss, as it would give them even higher status than they already possessed, and he is only the second son. Though he is Experiment one, he is not the oldest of the group, and he isn't much of a leader as he is too laid-back and he rarely interacts with the group.

Kiyoraka, Kiyo to the others, drifted lazily down the stream, having gone for an extended swim due to the warmth of the day. He thought he heard someone nearby and turned his head to see Damian laying near the stream. The older boy grinned and had the water deposit him, in standing position, next to Damian.

"Yo, What'r ya up to?" He asked as he sat himself beside the younger boy. Kiyo was one of the oldest, if not the oldest, among the thirteen boys who had been given up to the scientists. Though usually reclusive, even among this little band of run-away freaks, he genuinely enjoyed being with the others who were like him, experiments with unique powers of their own.

One way in which most of the boys chose to rebel was to lose what etiquette lessons and talk with less-refined grammar. Some of the boys just picked it up naturally due to having been so young when they were taken from their families, Kiyo included.

Damian looked up at the other and gave him a slight smile. "Just resting," he replied. The then noticed another one of the boys near by. "You can come over if you'd like. Dinner will be ready in a bit." Damian stood up and stretched. "If you'll excuse me." He bowed slightly and then went off to check on the meat and stew he had been preparing. He often found himself being the one to cook and tend to the needs of all the others. Unlike some of the other boys, he remained as proper and formal as his family had made him. He tasted the stew and the rest of the food and nodded. It would be ready in just a few more minutes.

Damian looked up as he noticed Adam returning to the camp. He sighed and shook his head. Part of him was hoping that he would have returned a bit sooner, but he knew there was no use scolding him. Afterall, he wasn't much of an authority figure though he tried his best to seem like it for the sake of their survival.

"Why are you so late?" Damian asked as Adam placed the basket down next to him.

Dmian shook his head again. "You're always doing this. You get distracted far too easily. You have to learn to focus and control yourself while you're living out here. I'm only telling you this for your own good. I don't want to see any of you get hurt."

Matsuro watched the others from a distance, a little ferret perched on his shoulder. The ferret was his closest companion since he'd gotten away from those scientists, and he spent more time sleeping up in a tree away from the others than he did in the camp.

He was the first of the experiments, though he is younger than Experiment #2, Kiyo-kun. Kiyo is also the human that he is closest to. They actually get along well, with Kiyoraka helping him with his speech, as he had had little reason to speak while in the Labs.

He could smell the food cooking, and he realized that he was actually hungry. His friend, Nemuin, was also hungry, and he told Matsuro as much with a small growl. He chuckled, rubbed the spot behind Nemuin's ears that he liked, and headed to where the food was being prepared.

He caught part of the conversation between Damian and Adam. "The animals'll look after every one of us, so there's no need to worry 'bout people being out late." He said with a deep, earthy tone. His voice was rather surprising compared to his fairly small stature.

He knew Adam was like an errant wind, and had asked some of his animal friends to watch over the younger male and make sure to let him know should something have happened to him. Damian was a better leader than him, but he still did what he could to watch out for the younger boys, whether they were actually younger than the twenty-year old or not.
