Ok, because it looks like the lieutenants only seemed to have made a role play, I will instead tell you how this works instead. This place is for the Lts to be able to voice their ideas out. such as an Idea they think would help improve this guild, and this is how it will work...

When someone has an idea you make a new thread with the idea.
For example...

I have and idea that will probably improve the guild.
We should have a guild pool (just something random) and it should have it's own subforum, like a relax rp area.

After you post your idea, you get five votes, and you Message a captain, or three. One captain is to post it, the other two are set up so they know someone was asked to post it down, and if they don't then one of the other two captains will post it.

Now, be sure to post your ideas, and if it gets five votes of yes, then it can be submitted into the captains hall, and then we will begin voting on it, and decide if it should be accepted or not.

This will also be able to be used for lower ranks as well, but with each post you must state your rank in the title of it.
