I don't mind you setting this up but your going to run into a few problems.
There are several different time zones that you will have to line up. As well as finding an area in Towns that everyone could find. And another as well getting everyone there as their are quite a few ghost members of the guide.

☞ Hm. We could have multiple times? Like, say we have 1 pm PST, EST, and Central - then different Captains (/Bosses/Big Cheeses, whatever you want to call them) could be present at those times.
Also, if a Ghost member is someone who reads the forums but doesn't post, this would be a chance for them to come and see who the people talking actually are (in Gaian form, of course). They wouldn't have to participate in a discussion - they could just come and hide behind a tree. ☜
