Als je de titel van dit topic k**t lezen, dan spreek je waarschijnlijk goed Nederlands. En als je de grap ook nog begrijpt, dan ben je vast en zeker een Nederlander ^^

My German is just as good as my English. It's not absolutely flawless, but enough to make myself understandable.
It's ok that you think German is cool, but why do you think Dutch is so uncool compared to German?

I don't actually think Dutch is foolish or anything, it's a running gag that partially started because of the Austin Powers movies. There is that part where the father says, "There are two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of others with cultural differences, and the Dutch." I harbor no ill will to the Dutch, I just like to keep the joke alive. And your english is very well if it isn't your native language.

American raised english. Though personally, I would have rather been true english, I do love their mannerisms and turn of phrases far more. Alas, american english is where I was raised, so I still have tid bits of the bad language forced into my grammar and spelling here and there.

No worries even if you would screw it up here, I wouldn't recognize the flaws anyway!
By the way, your Dutch may be better then you think it was. I'm pretty sure you can read it.. But let's put it to the test shall we?

Deutsch ist. Aber wann lese ich den Titel, ich merkte, dass kein
Deutsch ist. Ich kann den Titel noch verstehen, weil Deutsch wie
Niederländisch ist.
Wo hast du Niederländisch gelernt? Kommst du aus Niederlande?
