So, I had my spring break this past week (15th-19th) and we did alot of eating out.. I was accepted into the college of my dreams and so we did a big night of celebratory shenannigans...
Anyway, just got back from the trip today and lo and behold- 5 pounds heavier (maybe less, I did just eat a bit ago). Before you say it, I know I'm not supposed to weigh after eating but I wanted to see what I'm working with , so chances are its just about 2-4ish pounds.
Tips on working it off? Maybe a little consoling that I will get it back off? (Yes, I lost about ten before hand and gained some of it back =3=)

You're probably just bloated, and you did say you just recently ate. Get back to eating healthier and drinking plenty of water. I'm sure in 2 days the weight will be gone.

I'll keep you my dirty little secret... I agree with frakkin. Also, if you did a lot of walking on your spring break along with the excessive eating, you probably didn't gain any weight.
...don't tell anyone or you'll be just another regret.

I did do alot of walking.
Of course, I believe that I may have water weight on me as that sometimes happens when you travel...who knows, I suppose I'll figure it out in a few days.
