Underneath the city a subterranean subdivision of the light military. Here the elites are trained to be able to dodge gunfire and kill a man in seven simple strikes. The current location of the Special Ops can only be reached through secret passageways beneath the secondary wall and parts of the actual wall. The living quarters are smaller, but higher quality and at there are intelligence files stretching throughout the full length of the underground, with shelves stacked throughout the passage. It is a common practice here to rebind old books and scrolls which the agents are also taught here, and it is considered the largest known collection of books anywhere on Earth. There are only 108 dorms, and thus there can only be 108 special ops at any given time.
