crazy_assassin15 is an aclaimed Cartel Dealer. He sent me an invitation by pm and no link and no way to reply. I may no longer be Vongaia Heir, but I hold my word as a friend that this man seams to have a little too much balls to be trusted. I beleive that no dealer would speak such a way to the head of another head of a sindicate, yakuza or maffioso if he was serious about keeping peace between famillies. The statement sent belowe clearly provides with possable evedince that this man has no intention of abiding by underground law. crazy_assassin15 Hello, comrade. Allow me to explain who I am. Dreik Pandora Thank you for warning. smile We shall be cautious. My oblication. I've been looking into this mans recent activities. I have no real information other that all of what he discusses is done strickly through pm and Yahoo. Also a friend of mine did some reproting as well. He told me one of his asociates was dircetly ascociated with a tgood few people, each of them had friends on their lists that had been tampered with, in the last week and afterwards removed from their list. Because our target was not directly invovled with these aclaimed hackers, I'm not going to say weather he is or is not a part of the incidents. I personally don't beleive hes the type to go as far as that however I did have my suspisions to begin with. I myself have not gone looking through his friends lists or anything. I've only been tracking his movements. I've deleted him from my list and now beleive my next move is to go through his from a blank account that my associat Chronos has set me up with. I have some things to confrim. Also.... I am currently missing from my garage over 100,000 items in gold including a Sossum, a scion XD, and my Maidan Ship. As hard as i am trying not to use prophanity on the matter, I am being alluded ever step. None of my friends know how this happend... The Scion XD which is left in my garage is a hack that completely mimics my XB. This is impossable other than by hack since my XB has a fiber hood. Fiber hoods CAN NOT be equipped to anything other than a SCION XB!! Nothing else can use them, and that includes the XD's. I'm offering a 20,000 gold reward to the Man or Woman who can find this Person then clarify and prove it was him/her who stole my automobils.

The gaian official tasked with finding the person who took my items said he could find no proofe it was stolen and pointed out a few factors telling me it was probubly a glitch. Im sorry but I think ima call off the reward on this one. As for this man, I think he found ut I was following him. I'm going to mark him down on most wanted list for the Under Gaians. We cant afford to track him this way and I advise you're guild to withdray all imdediat plans on tracking him for now. In other news my Son Saito is moving forward in creating his own organization known as The Blue Dragon Triads and would be honored to have you're support. He also wishes to afilliate with you as allies. Our familly also soon wishes to seise hold of the Red Dragons which has suffered severe casualties in teh past and has few remaining. On another matter:As a Soumaru I was a former Vice the Red Dragons. As a Soumaru Gaurdian of the last Blood Primo of true blood of the Vongaia Familly. As a Selected former head of the Vongaia I hold even more power to a descision of great magnitude. As the guild has not been touched since o8 I am chosing to claim control of the Red Dragons within 1 and a half weeks from now. If the captain doesnt not reply and clairfy his position I will be taking temporary charge until it is decided that all members are no longer with us. If it is sucsessfull not only will the Red Dragon Triad be reastablished, but my ultimate objective will be one step closer to being fulfilled.

My apologies. i have been sending letters and requesitions none stop lately, as has my son. As stated before, Salamander, Saito Soumaru has assumed his position as the new head of the Vongaia Familly. I have moved on to forming a blackmarket nation, governed entirely for the underground by the underground. Meanwhile, Saito has made his first movements towards replicating his own Triad as did the first heir of the Red Dragons. As a Vongaia Heir he traditionally headed out to select his own Gaurdians by hand. At the same time he is attempting to creat the Blue Dragons with Vongola at the head. I am hoping Tia Shu will do the same upon his safe return to being rightfull head of the Red Dragons as he is also the head of the raining Shu familly. My son will not take over the nation nor will I or anyone. Saito has chosen to rule over his own state within. these states will be formed as Triads. Each Syndicate, Yakuza, and Mafia will be counted as a Triad and given its official collor name within the nation. If Yami choses to attend, you will still be Yami Yakuza as all others will keep their titles and you will also hold that tittle as the central government of your state lead by your familly leader. The triads will eventually become the titles of the states themeselves, led by their governing orgnaizations, such as The Vongaia Mafia, and Yami Yakuza. Which will then have their leading famillies as its leading politicians. The county itself will not have a rular. Just the states. However, there will be a suprime voice, that the states must turn too. The voice will only be entitled to one task and one authority which is to resolve issues within the states that would be capable of harming our nation as well as any of its states internally or externally. When all is astablished I will retire and asume my origional name as a Soumaru. Then I will colect followers and form another state of my own blood. By this time as Treadied and agreed upon formally by the last Blood Vongaian, My son Saito and Myself, Saito will have spent 2 years as a Vongaia Familly Heir and his name will be forever written as Vongaian in his blood. The term "adoption" will be removed and Vongaia will be known as living blood through reincarnation.
