Meko walks across school, wondering why she ever decided to leave as a human. Seriously these humans are idiots. She cannot say anything without them laughing at her. It's getting really annoying to her. It is times like these that she misses being a demon. But she vowed to herself that she would never go back to that. At least her she does not have to deal with Naruku.

Ruka and Haru waited at a corner for Meko to arrive. They decided to come to the human world and take a look around. They didn't know Meko was around til they sensed her energy.

Meko walks around the corner and falls to the ground. Seems she has bumped into something. Ouch

Ruka, who was off to the side, giggled. Awesome aim, Meko. I thought you'd never get here! Haru, whom Meko bumped into, looked down at her, remaining silent.

Uh sorry Haru. I just got out of school, I had to stay later because I lost my temper again.

Haru reached down to help Meko up. Ruka kept talking. Ah~! I see! You really should learn how to control that. You could always learn from me and Haru. We never lose our temper, right Haru? Haru simply looked at his sister with a blank stare.

uh....right... thanks Haru. Ruka u talk to much.

Ruka grinned. I know. But, I gotta make up for Haru. You know he doesn't talk much. 'Sides, you wouldn't have to hear me lecture if you'd stay outa trouble for once. Ri~~ght? Ruka said in a teasing manner. Haru nodded at Meko after helping her up.

Ruka went to one side of Meko. Oh~, nothin' much. We got bored and decided to check up on you. We're your protectors from the Demon World, are we not?

Yeah sometimes I wonder how much protecting you would do if it really came down to it. xp

Ruka wrapped her arm around Meko's neck. Ah, we love ya too much to let anything happen to ya. 'Sides, Koenma would have our hides if we didn't protect you, so yeah. It's better to keep you alive. Haru looked down the street, making sure it was clear.

Yeah, the baby would have your hides smile That would be pretty funny seeing him trying to take those away.

Ruka shook her head. You know what I mean. He's sic Yusuke and the others on us and I'd rather not fight with them. Not that Yusuke and Kuwabara would be a problem for me and Haru could totally take Kurama and Hiei, but I'd rather not bother. It's just easier to do our job. Haru sighed. Ruka, you do talk too much...
