BRIEFING
Location: 2 miles south of Eturbury, a derelict town known as "Little Etur" partially destroyed by flooding, land bought by the Black templars for training purposes. The town covers a roughly rectangular area, about three miles east to west and two miles north to south. It is a heavily urban area with a small park roughly in the centre.
Mission: In preparation for future BT undertakings, BT command have decided that a month long training exercise is in order. Elements of the BT have been chosing for specialist airborne training, whilst others have been given the role of defending the small town against the airborne troops.
The goal of the attackers is to wrest control of five key buildings: The old post-office seving as an armoury, the Primary (Elelmentary) school being used as a hospital, a five story office building used as the command and contol centre, the shopping centre being used as a supply depot and the radio station being used as a communications centre. Taking control of these buildings will crush any hopes of resisting the attackers, whilst removing one will weaken the ability of the defenders. Attacking troops will have access to jeeps (i.e. Land Rover Snatches), but no other heavy equipment.
The defender's objective is simple, resist the attackers and repel them from the town. They will have five days (1 post each) to put up their defences, which may include: Barbed wire, sandbagged emplacements, machine guns and barriers that will prevent vehicle movement. Defenders will have access to Jeeps and Light tanks (think British Ferret Armoured cars, light armour, machine gun in turret etc.)
Weapons and similar equipment will be using a "Laser tag" system with blank rounds being used to provide as accurate an environment as possible.
