Hello Everyone! Please use this post to post your stories about challenging the Ecruteak City Gym the Ghost Type Gym(Poison type too). Please say which pokemon you used, How many times it might have taken to beat the gym leader, anything else interesting that might have happen, and any tips you might have for defeating the Gym Leader.

I My team entering this gym was Togepi, Totodile ,Mareep and Oddish. Togepei was the main Pokemon fighting in this gym because it knows Extrasensory (a move it has when it hatches from its egg). Totodile took out one gastly and die with one hit from Morty's Gengar's Shadowball, Togetic (which evolve after battling with the last trainer before Morty) finished Gengar and the rest easily. Because Togepi/Togetic is a normal type none of the ghost pokemon could attack it straight up the only damage i took was from curse and Sucker Punch. It took me 1 time to defeat this gym. Also after i was done i traded a shiny stone from pearl (trading is the only way to get it) and evolved Togetic into TogeKiss.

Jirachi and Fearow were handy devils.
