When it comes to expressing feelings, and bring a real message, being poetic, Pac wins.
But when it comes to ACTUAL rapping talent, and a better lyrical flow, Biggie wins.

i always favored biggie over pac because of his raw talent. pac could go and he addressed alot of political issues but when if he had to switch his flow up completely it would be over. biggie ripped s**t up from machinegun funk to what's beef.

2pac iz the best ever.2pac didnt just rap about ******** b***h.he also rap about life things that where really happing in the world.why do you think 2pac comes out with cds still he knew that he was going to get shot at because of his thug life.2pac is a very smart man foreal.ya biggie nice but the most of the things he rap about is ******** bitches and getting money.while 2pac was sending a message to everyone.like i said Tupac Shakur is the best rapper ever.
