I've seen the advice some of you give, and was wondering if I could get some of that for my team on Diamond. I'm typing this at school and can't remember some things, I'll fix those problems as soon as I get home.
Name: Garchomp (Raidraco) Ability:Sand Veil Nature: (Edit) Brave Moves: Dragon Rush Flamethrower (Edit) Dig (Edit) Draco Meteor Item: (Edit) Luck Incense (Edit) Highest non HP Stat: Attack
Name: Drifblim (Raighost) Ability: Unburden Nature: (Edit) Quiet Moves: Shadow Ball Fly (Edit) Defog Cut Item: (Edit) Spell Tag (Edit) Highest non HP Stat: Sp.Attack
Name: Bibarel (Raiwave) Ability: (Edit) Simple Nature: (Edit) Modest Moves: Surf Strength Waterfall Rock Smash Item: (Edit) Razor Fang (Edit) Highest non HP Stat: Attack
Name: Roserade (Raigrass) Ability: Poison Point Nature: (Edit) Hardy Moves: Sludge Bomb Grass Knot Giga Drain (Edit) Growth Item: Big Root (Edit) Highest Stat: Sp. Attack
Name: Lucario (Raisteel) Ability: Inner Focus Nature: (Edit) Relaxed Moves: Force Palm Dragon Pulse (Edit) Extremespeed Rock Slide Item: (Edit) Fist Plate (Edit) Highest non HP Stat: Attack/Sp.Attack
Name: Infernape (Raiflame) Ability: Blaze Nature: (Edit) Careful Moves: (Edit) Mach Punch Flare Blitz (Edit) Blast Burn Rock Climb Item: (Edit) Flame Plate (Edit) Highest non HP Stat: Attack

You have a really balanced team, the only problem I see with it is Bibarel....
Name: Bibarel (Raiwave) Ability: Unaware Nature: ??? Moves: Surf Thunder Wave Strength Super Fang Waterfall Rock Smash Yawn Item: Wave Incense
OK I don't know why bibarel has these moves unless you were/still are using him as a Hm slave. Bibarel has a better attack stat base for example... Surf does 47.4%-56.7% on Arcanine while waterfall does 56.7%-67.3% on the same Arcanine (NOTE: your bibarel might do more or less damage because I ran the calculator at perfect stats). So we get rid of surf and give it Thunder Wave to paralyze some pokemon. Bibarel needs another strong attack for things like Blissey so replace Strength with Super Fang it'll help out with walls and sweepers. We are keeping waterfall because it does more damage. Replace Rock Smash with Yawn to put to sleep the pokemon that can't be paralyzed or are a danger to your team.
If you are still using Bibarel as a Hm slave then just ignore this post.

@wakky22
When I came up for a name for my Magneton in Ruby, I came up with Raizap. I got to lazy to come up with anything different for a Numel I caught later on, so I just decided to do Rai- then an element.
Ex. Raizap, Raiflame, Raidraco, Rainorm
Get it now?

But when I do get to that point, I change the element name, like from Raiwave, to Raiaqua.

Every now and then I actually take about 10 minutes to come up with a Name, but it's usually double-lettered, like Linn, Nill, Corr, but I get bored with that and go back to Rai-.
