In ancient times, Haphaestus created a gift for his wife; a girdle, into which he wove magic. The girdle was extremely powerful, made of gold; and it made the already irresistable goddess even more so. No god or mortal could resist her. It was her symbol of power; Zeus has his lightning bolts, Hades has his helm, Poseidon has his trident, and she could make them all drop them in a heartbeat.
It was her pride and joy; and it's now been stolen.

Aphrodite has called upon the Camp, demanding that it be found. She suspects Persephone has stolen it, after that fiasco with Adonis. And until she gets it back? Nobody, anywhere, will be falling in love anytime soon.

West of Olympus three heroes shall quest
To find the one more fair than the rest
An irresistable spell she weaves
Distraction for the best of thieves
Though fingers point and hands do grasp
The queen shall fall to a hero's trap.
