Biased poll, huh? There could have been a "No, I don't like their music" option. xp

In all seriousness, I'm not a big fan, but I have Hotter Than Hell, and it's a pretty decent hard rock album.

Count me as a major fan. Seen them twice, but never with make-up, sadly.

Question: how many fans have ACTUALLY HEARD "(Music From) The Elder". I love that album, having finally given it a chance only a couple of years ago. There may be orchestral backing, male choirs and keyboards from time to time, but when it's down to basics, there are some damn good songs on that album.

I haven't heard it yet, however, based on what I've heard about it, the album was high above their usual standards, which is why so many KISS fans hate it.

xp Good stuff, good stuff.

Let me just say. I. heart . KISS. I have their greatest hits, plus my dad has a CD or two. They've been around town twice, but I'm always out of town whenever they come by. Pretty disappointing, because I want to see them quite badly.

Just think of all the money you save by not having to pay almost $100 for a ******** lawn seat.... xp

Personally, I don't think seeing KISS, Inc. is worth that much.

Actually, the ticket prices have been a lot lower around here because of the whole drop of ticket sales thing. Don't know if that applied to Kiss or not.. probably not.

If they tryed to cut their ticket prices down Gene Simmons would have the ******** show cancelled, rather than play there. xp

They've only been through with Aerosmith or Poison anyways, so if you weren't going to see Kiss you were going to see the other band. And with bands like Aerosmith, you're probably willing to pay more.

Yeah, however, I don't think most people would be willing to pay $90 + for lawn seats to see Aerosmith, unless they're one of those hardcore in denial fans, since most people consider them to be washed up by now....and speaking of washed up....Most people would make Poision pay THEM $90 to go see the band in concert. xp

i was going to see them over the summer. the only thing stoping/ed me was the $72 ticket price (and then more for parking!). in the end, 2 days before the show gene simmons got a cold and so they didnt even play.

as for the band. personally i love their look. many people rant about how their all about makeup and not music, but their makeup is amazing so that doesnt matter! i mean damn, if i could pull it off every morning id go to school with a white face and crazy style face paint, not to mention those 5" heels. well i already go to school in the shoes but id be willing to join with the makeup.
now as for music, i have to admit that i only adore half. some of the songs are just too slow, but then theres those classics like "god gave rock and roll to you"

Tsk, tsk...if the image is good the music doesn't matter?

Better start phrasing what you're trying to say a bit more carefully in the future...otherwise you may get labeled as one of the dreaded "Knot fans". xp
