In the Rp when do we rank up? Is it our choice or is there a certain time limit?

@Tweego - Ranking up will be a mixture of time and RP skill. After a certain amount of time we will have "Exams" that you will need to pass to rank up. Passing means that we are impressed with your rp ability and partially the outcome of the test itself.

Suggestion
Not wanting to get involved in other peoples business but it seems to me like rule number four seems to be hard for some people of the guild. I have got on just about everyday so far and this guild has not moved far since I have joined and I know this is due to use not having a good amount of members but I think it would also be good if there were at least one to two more moderates so when the captain and other vice captains are off there will still be someone on to in force the guild rules and also keep the guild moving forward. I am gonna try my best to continue recruiting people because I wish the best for this guild and I think it has a real bright future.
