Poison strike- it allows all of squad 4 members to be able to use a poison slash on an opponent. The poison is a paralyzing poison, and it only lasts one post can use up to two times in a battle

Bio: Akira was born in the Seireitei and has only a vague memory of his parents which were killed by hollows. His mother had dragon blood in her and passed it on to akira when he was born and when he is in danger or is pushed passed his limits the dragon blood awakens changing his body and giving him a different personality
