Today before school my friend went to his girlfriends house, while there they messes around and well they had sex. But since they had to leave for school he wasnt able to finish. Now his girlfriend is worried because I guess while having sex a guy has something come out of his p***s, and its not semen its something else. He is worried that she might be pregnat. If it helps it was their first time.

The stuff that comes out of the p***s but isn't semen is called pre-ejaculate. It can contain sperm. That is one reason why the pull out method is not a reliable form of birth control.

So they are right to be worried if they were not using protection. Whether or not it was their first time has nothing to do with it. People can get pregnant the first time having sex just like they can get pregnant at any other.

She can get Plan B this time. It is emergency contraception. It can help prevent pregnancy when taken within 72 hours of having sex. But it is not nearly as effective as most birth control methods, so it is not meant to replace birth control. So make sure they understand that if she takes Plan B she needs to take it very soon, it is not something she should use often, and she'll still have to get birth control for the future.

Make sure they understand that they need to get birth control if they are going to have sex again. Tell them to do their research. They can get condoms at the store. And she should also schedule an ob-gyn appointment. The ob-gyn can talk to her about her other birth control options (condoms plus one hormonal method is usually best), answer questions she might have, give her a pap, give her a pregnancy test, etc. If she doesn't want her parents to know, then she can go to a clinic like Family Planning or Planned Parenthood.

Let them know if they're not able to/ready to/mature enough to use protection and see an ob-gyn they need to stop having sex. Sex is not all fun and games. It is a big responsibility, and it can have a lot of really big consequences.

Your friend sounds not nearly informed, old, or mature enough to be having sex.

Just my opinion.
