 Neely laid upside down on the couch, controller in hand as he fired his way through another level on Veteran on Call of Duty. He frowned as he died and flipped over to complain to his team mates on LIVE, who were sitting in an apartment not far from the shop, and related to him.
"Grandpa!" he grumbled. He sighed as the older fox on the other end chuckled and they waited for him to respawn. He flipped his hair out of his eyes and looked over the shop which was surprisingly empty for the evening. He then quickly turned back to the TV as they began moving again.

 Inibi swished her tail boredly as she somberly trotted through the kitchen. It had been very quite in recent months and she was partial to blame. She was too busy taking care of a baby at the station, who was now full grown. Now she was just on the prowl to attempting to help someone do something productive. "Where is everyone" she sighed as she scanned the dark kitchen, her glowing markings illuminating the room ever so slightly.
In another room she heard a faint voice and some odd gun like sounds coming from behind her. Her ears perked and head tilted in curiosity as she turned and opened the door leasing to the main lobby, where only a tv lit up a portion of the room. She saw on the couch a fox, and her first instinct was to duck.

Neely flicked as he heard a door open somewhere in the shop. Luckily they were just at the end of the mission and the cut scene began to roll. "Hang on, I think someone just came in." he said to Sebastian and Adair on the other end before slipping the headset off his head without waiting for an answer.
He turned and levered himself up over the back of the couch and looked around. "Hello?" It was then he caught the faint glow of blue from near the kitchen. "Someone there?" he called out curiously, hopping over the back and moving towards the door.

The odd vixen poked her head up now, past her instinctive duck and now filled with curiosity. When she saw another fox approach, a huge grin crept over her dark lips and she waved and eager black and white paw. "HI THERE!" she said with her smile growing ever larger and tail swishing happily

Neely jumped slightly at the enthusiastic greeting that seemed to come from nowhere until his eyes finally picked out the form of the mostly black femme. He blinked slightly as he realized she glowed and couldn't help but smile back. "Hi." he said before looking around. "Did you just come in?" he asked.

Thinking about what he said for no apparent reason, she glanced over her shoulder from the door she came through. "Well, I've been in there for a bit looking for people, but no one is there." she said with her ears sagging sadly a bit, until she remembered she was talking to some one and her grin reappeared and gaze whipped back over to him. "Who are you??" she said sniffing a bit out of curiosity

"Oh, I see. Guess it was the lull in conversation and stuff that let me hear you." he said. He then pointed at himself. "Me? Uh...I'm Neely." he said with a nod. "I was just hanging out playing games with my family over LIVE. Great Grandpa refuses to play anymore than two way split screen so I came here." he said. "Not as fun as playing in the same room, but still awesome." he grinned then realized he was rambling. "Anyway, who are you?" he asked. "I don't think I've ever seen you before or related...or something." he said shutting up before he said anything else stupid.

The alien put a paw to her mouth and snickered before stopping. "Oh..I'm sorry..that was rude of me" she says as her markings blush red for a moment. "I'm...Inibi" she shyed away as her markings glowed a bit more intensely, but then faded suddenly back to blue. "Video games? Do you need any help?

"Nah, its okay." he said watching fascinated as her markings shifted color slightly. His eyes snapped back to hers as he listed intently to her name. "Inibi? That's a pretty awesome name, sounds sorta foreign." he said his tail twitching slightly.
He blinked as she mentioned video games and smacked his forehead. "Oh, man I left them all waiting for me!" he said running back to the couch and turning his headset back on. "Yeah...I'm sorry...look...uh...." he sighed. "I'll explain later." he said leaving the party and turning the console off. "Family." he muttered with a embarrassed grin.

The alien hovered over to the couch and perched her head on her paws as her elbows rested on air. "Whatcha' playing?" she said with her eyes fixed on the tv, only to see it suddenly go black. She looked down to see if he had caught on yet

Neely looked back up at her. "Was playin' Call of Duty on veteran. We're nearly done." he said stashing the controller before bouncing back up to look at her.
He tilted his head slightly and looked lost for a minute. "You have really....pretty eyes." he said. He then blushed and curled his tail around himself self consciously. "I mean, um...no, I meant that." he said with a nod. "Your eyes are really pretty...kinda odd, but pretty." he said with a goofy grin.

"Aww..thank you..but no thank you." she says as she tries to stray away from him complimenting her. She hovered over to the x-box and plopped down in front of it staring at it for a moment.
Looking back over her shoulder with again, a huge grin she wondered if he would pick it up and play it again. "Your family is waiting for you. You shouldn't disappoint" she said wisely but enthusiastically

Neely snorted. "No not really. Great Grandpa and Grandpa play endlessly whether Dad or I play with them. They're sorta...addicts." he said watching her circle back around.
He rubbed his palms against the couch actually wanting to play again, but not wanting to be rude to the femme. "Well..." he said considering. "There is a second controller...you could play with us I guess. I don't want you to feel left out."

She waved a paw and made a "pfft" sound. "I don't mind. Whatever makes you happy" she said with yet another cheesy grin plastered on her face. She hovered off the ground and moved away from the x-box so he could turn it on once again
