My second guess was that Yukari was opening the gate of truth... After all, a lot of the spell card circles look like transmutation circles as well...

Judging from the info listed in the first video, this was a doujin anime works released March 14th. It seems to have been a DVD with a few fan made anime music videos, nothing professional (I say lightly, that was amazing.) just doujin artists making what they love into something others can love too.
Saddens me no one listens to ZUN. =/

Kamaki_H Saddens me no one listens to ZUN. =/ ZUN is actually quite fond and happy of doujin works of every kind. What he said is that he doesn't want an official, canon, Touhou anime to be made. And I must agree with him; a canon anime would totally kill the Touhou franchise, in my opinion.
