Aurothan Darkheart Freed the Benevolent Worst Monarch build to date. Do i really care? no. That statement is completely irrelevant to why i posted this in the first place, if its so horrible then why not give some advice and not just say its horrible, saying that isnt helping. That's quite an oxymoron statement, isn't it? If it's horrible, then I should give advice. But if you don't care, then why are you asking for advice?
How am I to help with this... pile, trying to mix everything into one?
Starting over is the best step to getting anywhere.

Using all the Monarchs is a terrible idea. Center-line it. I favor Thestalos + Raiza.

i'd listen to Freed and just start over; using every Monarch there is will not work at all. Caius, Raiza, and Thestalos should be the only Monarchs you use, as they have the best effects (though i side in Mobius in case of stall). also, where is the reliable Tribute fodder in this deck? short answer: there is none, and that is why this deck needs an overhaul.
