Quote:
A FORMER WWE wrestling star has launched a stinging attack on the company's stars, claiming there is backstabbing within the organisation.
Nick Cvjetkovich wrestled under the name Kizarny — but didn't have much success in the federation and was let go in March.

He says he loved many aspects about working there, but couldn't stand the backstage politics.

Speaking about his experience for the first time, he told the wrestling101 website: " Working with WWE was awesome and awful all at once.

"Being there was realizing my childhood dream and for that I will always be grateful to Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis.

"Getting to perform in front of so many excited fans at Smackdown and on the live events is an indescribable high!

"The glitz of Smackdown TV was awesome and made me felt like I was a rockstar but wrestling at the live events was more me because my producers would let me be me and the fans got everything I had!

"I was so flattered to come back through the curtains one night to be greeted by Ricky Steamboat imitating me and laughing about how entertained he was!

"I was so flattered that I had amused a legend that I looked up to since I was a wee lil circus run-a-way!

"Working at WWE was also awful because there is so much politics and backstabbing you never know who your enemies are because they are all gutlessly and unaccountably hiding in the shadows!"

WWE would not comment on this story, however wrestlers currently working for the company have always praised the locker room atmosphere when speaking to The Sun.

ANOTHER former WWE superstar has branded his former colleagues as "backstabbers".

Brian Kendrick wrestled for Vince McMahon's promotion between 2002-2004 and 2005-2009, enjoying the fourth longest tag team title reign in company history.

However, he says his two runs in the firm had many negatives — especially when he was traded from Smackdown to Raw.

He said: "TV sucked because you saw a circus, backstabbers, power hungry people, suck ups, weak people.

"Also lots of really great, nice, funny people.

"But I felt like a tool sitting in the bleachers waiting in case they need my skills for something."

Speaking to SLAM Sports, he added: "At that time I wasn't satisfied, I felt that my work was good. My work was to wrestle, I am a good wrestler, I did a good job.

"I also know that certain behaviour was encouraged, some actions were frowned upon, and I didn't care."

Kendrick, also known as Spanky, started to hate his job so much that he even took up heavy smoking.

He revealed: "The boss, I heard, not from his mouth, hates cigarettes, so I would smoke a half a pack a day at work.

"It was also an excuse to get the ******** out of the building for 10 minutes at a stretch."

Kendrick's comments follow a recent outburst by former WWE star Kizarny.

He blasted: "There is so much politics and backstabbing you never know who your enemies are because they are all gutlessly and unaccountably hiding in the shadows!"

WWE refused to comment on either star's allegations.

FORMER WWE Superstar Colt Cabana has branded the company as "ignorant" and their use of him "upsetting".
The independent wrestling star — who was transformed into the character of Scotty Goldman on WWE TV — expressed his distaste for a handful of figures who misused him, claiming it was because they didn't know who he was.

In an exclusive interview, he singled out WWE boss Vince McMahon and head of talent John Laurinaitis for their roles in not letting him be himself.

Despite Cabana's success in Ring Of Honor, both before and after his time with WWE, as Goldman he was used infrequently, lost every match he had and then unceremoniously let go.

Speaking on the One Sided Ring Podcast, hosted by SunSport's Rob McNichol, Cabana blasted: "When I got called up the writers all wanted me to be Colt Cabana but John Laurinaitis came up to me the day I was supposed due to debut, with all my Colt gear, he was like 'you can't be Colt Cabana because we want to own it'.

"They were going to call me Scott Colton, which is my real name, but Vince McMahon knew my heritage was of the Jewish sort, so they just changed it from 'Colton' to 'Goldman'.

"That was the creative process that went into my name.

"It was almost like there were two different types of people in WWE. There was the people who knew who I was, and the people who had no clue who I was.

"The people who knew who I was were the ones that liked me doing commentary, were the ones who fought to get me my own Internet show.

"I was never able to develop as a wrestler or a person.

"It was upsetting and ignorant."

this isnt really anything unexpected people who make money have more power so it doesnt matter if you can wrestle in WWE it matters if you can push merch if you make the company enough money then the company has no choice but to push you hence jeff hardy 1 strike more and he would have been fired but was given the world heavyweight title twice.

I'd just like to point out that all three of those guys were mid to low card players that didn't go very far so they most likely didn't know that many major guys and are fairly jadded.
