I alternated between Totodile and Cyndaquil until one of them came up female.
So now I've got Totodile and a whole host of pokemon since I've been playing it all afternoon.
Pokewalker too! mrgreen

Haven't got it yet =( Releasing 26th of March in Europe. I was thinking of choosing Chikorita but Totodile is the only one I don't have so guess I'll choose it =)
