I like to play things with a part, and then the same thing, in a minor key, a measure or two behind.

Medevil. We had a medevil dinner and everyone dressed up in old clothing and dressed up like court jesters and kings. Then the band played some medevil music and I had so much fun with it.

I like to play new kind of songs. Last year we played Back in Black by AC/DC, and we also played Thriller. Newer songs to the marching band world are really fun. Its awsome when the football team begs us to play a song.

i like to play old school jazz and classical, i get tired of playing radio popular songs for marching band lol. guess thats what i get for being in a awesome azz show study band biggrin

I really like playing baroque period music, but I also like romantic, classical, and some modern period, too.

I prefer slower music since my fingers don'tmove as fast on my clarinet as they do on a keyboard x.x I think they're somewhat symphony-ish, I'm not sure. There were songs I really liked in high school, but I don't remember what they were called.
Soundtrack music is fun though, like stands music for marching band. I remember playing Pirates of the Caribbean music, and I can only remember a few notes of it.
I guess I like marching band music the best xD
