[All info below is IC-related, nothing will be taken from OOC unless otherwise specified.]
x x x x x x Gaijin Gasuidou translated is 'Outsider's Sewers'.
This territory is dedicated to a gang of 'rogue' cats that decided to ban together for support against the humans' presence. Embittered experiment cats, abused at home pets, or otherwise human-hating FCKs are more than welcome to join. Cats of all shapes and personalities can come here, whether they're fighters, lovers, wanderers or all-around nomads: they can come here for safety in numbers and an abundance of tunnel systems throughout the city to stalk their prey, be it humans, fellow cats, or other animals.
The cats of Ikebukuro seemed to have forgotten the hard life. Wandering the sewers for plump rats, or going down to come up across town and ambush an enemy territory. This is where cats will learn to fight, defend themselves and navigate the city without being seen.
Of course, these cats sometimes are the troublemakers . . . the outsiders. Allies with other territories will be limited and newcomers are hard to come by unless they prove themselves to the leader.
All in all, the inhabitants are civil for the most part, but they are not wavered by goody-goodies or anything of the like.
While it was El (Nikui) that created this territory, not long after joining forces with Basement Cat (Mediciner or Ol-j-man), he left without warning. The territory has been left now to the black cat and his comrads for watching over; BC isn't sure whether El is ever coming back, but until then he watches over the area very well - wherever they might be. Slowly he is turning the territory into one that trains cats to become fighters and rebels under his cause to destroy the humans and their destructive influence upon the cats' society.
Gaijin Gesuido is nomadic: every few months or so, depending on the numbers and the season, the cats move to different areas not only to accomodate themselves but also to avoid detection by humans and other hostile territories. Locations are known only to the uppermost cats ahead of time. Applicants must be ready to prove themselves to BC, for instance having a good skill or ability to add to the team or a particular reason to join - he will not take on cats simply because they need a home. They must be willing to earn their stay, no matter what stage they are at, and if they prove useless, well . . .
Let it also be known that deserters and traitors aren't treated very nicely.

Territory Rules
[.oo1] Respect the leader(s). [.oo2] Respect other members of the territory and remember the status of ranks that plays here. [.oo3] Do not cause arguments or fights (especially with other territories, unless otherwise stated ICly). If you do, you will be dealt with by the leader(s). [.oo4] Keep drama to a minimum. [.oo5] All of the rules of Gaia and the FCK shop apply here. [.oo6] If there is a problem in the territory, report it to the leaders. [You may PM Medz or Jay for any problems.]
Rules will be added as needed.
What does Basement Cat want? WORLD DOMINATION. Well, on a smaller scale, and not as plain as that. B.C.’s wish is to unite all of the territories and stop tensions between fellow cats – and instead turn them upon the humans that experiment upon them, collar them and treat them like mindless pets, abuse them like property, and the like. It just so happens that he thinks he’s capable to be the leader of this unification and would prefer that it not be called his “quest for world domination”.
Even if it pretty much is.
He does want to extend a hand out for allies, not completely destroy them right off the bat. Those that openly oppose him, however, will probably find themselves on his “need to get rid of” list, as his vision for peace and victory over the humans can’t involve its sympathizers or those who would top him of course.
The first step to this will be amassing cats to take down The Facility. If your cat is interested, please post here. Only up to 2 cats per person please. Note that after a few days the thread will move on, as it cannot be dragged down by slow posters throughout the event.
What is BC looking for in a cat? As bolded above, their first step will be towards getting an army ready to take down The Facility that has tortured so many others. Any cat who is willing to fight the human oppressors, spy, create potions that heal/poison/etc., eventually kill, and more are welcome. Anything that can be offered to help is appreciated, even if it is passive. This will be editted to suit the needs of the territory as events come to pass.
What is the set up? The territory has a hierarchy based upon the rank of a cat’s job, of which more will be listed below. Note of course that though B.C. is looking for utter territory domination, he keeps a civil profile for himself and his clan, so even warriors need to keep themselves in check when involved with cats of other territories.
I have a question not listed here! Pm either Mediciner or Ol-j-man then, and perhaps it'll make it on here for future reference. ^^

Navigating the sewers of Ikebukuro is difficult and is something that is learned.
The leader of the territory will often bring newcomers around the city through the sewer systems, out of side and out of mind. But once he has taught you what he knows, you're on your own. If you get lost, you can call for help . . . but whether someone hears you or not becomes your problem.
Traveling in groups is the best way to stay out of trouble. These groups are small 'gangs' of the cats within the territory, hence why this is a gang-based territory in general.
These gangs might cause problems around Ikebukuro, especially with some of the nasty attitudes that we expect to get into this territory. But here's the number one rule: If you get caught, you're dead to the territory. Whether another territory member helps your or not is up to them.
Never reveal where the main encampment is, which is the leader's direct 'home' of sorts for everyone. It changes randomly, depending on where it's safest for the territory members.
Current Encampment: The basement of a large office building, near the center of the city.

Overseer(s) Max Number: 2 Like it says on the tin. The heads of the clan keeps everything in check, makes sure things go smoothly, you get the gist. Nothing goes without his or her say and all, and the overseer’s word is law.
Below ranks are set for above ground and below ground.
General / Guildmaster / Head Cleric Max Number: 1 per rank for right now, perhaps 2 in the future
The General is the cat who leads the warriors into battle, helps train those who are looking to become one, and such in that vein. He or she is a skilled fighter who is able to understand weapons and their strengths and weaknesses. He or she also has a sharper mind than any blade can match, being able to move large groups of warriors in strategic fashion that makes the best use of the lay of the land, wherever that might be.
The Guildmaster is the one in charge of gathering information from other clans. He or she deals with stealthy cats that are proficient in the art of coercion and have the ability to move about without being noticed. If certain souls need to be silenced without making a show of it, these are the cats he commands to deal with such cats. While the General coordinates large groups of cats, the Guildmaster needs to be able to keep control of many smaller groups at once and be able to keep up to date with the other territories; stale information is as bad as a broken sword.
The Head Cleric is the one who is the most knowledgeable in medicinal herbs and other poultices. He or she is in charge of the health of the clan, especially of its warriors who will most likely be the ones injured. The Head Cleric also controls the group of cats who choose the lifestyle of a healer and makes sure they know how to differentiate between the concoction of a poison and the mix of a healing salve.
Warriors / Assassins/ Spies / Healers Max Number: Unlimited
Warriors of course are the fighting force headed by the General and can specialize with just about any weapon. These are the cats chosen for their strength, endurance, ability to adapt strategy, and perhaps even willingness to fight. Cats are expected to continue their training even if in a time of peace and to take on new recruits with gusto. These also make some of the best hunters and are asked to obtain food for the clan.
Assassins and Spies work under the Guildmaster to hunt for information and silence those who turn traitor against the clan. Some may even become emissaries for the territory if they have a silver tongue. These cats are chosen for their swift feet, cunning, and resourcefulness when put in tight situations. Assassins sometimes work in tandem with the warriors and are required to bring back evidence of their kill when put on assignment. They are to also report back frequently either to their Guildmaster or to Basement Cat himself.
Healers have a strangely ironic name, for they deal with both salves and poisons and are not strictly stuck to healing methods. When an assassin needs acidic coating, unless they know how to make it themselves they will ask for a healer to create one for them. Healers work under the Head Cleric to make sure that sickness does not invade the clan, stitch up wounded cats, and may even stretch their research into diseases for biological warfare use if they please.
Youth Max Number: Unlimited
These are the younger cats that do not have the experience or maturity to have a rank yet and usually are collared cats or young freecollars. A cat of any higher rank may take them on in an apprenticeship if they feel that the cat in question has potential in their area of expertise. Most often youth are simply cats adopted into the clan rather than having been born there.

The Banished
This is a list of cats who are disliked within this territory, and if caught in the sewers at any point the gang will not hesitate to tear them apart.
If a banished is seen within the systems, or encountered on the streets, gang members are to be aggressive towards them and chase them away - preferably with the intent to kill them. (Note of course that no cat can be killed without the owner's consent, but still. |3)
Those who do not wish to be aggressive need to report to the leader to let them know where the banished has recently been.
