OK so I have been on Cammys account quite a few times, and in rallys I see v2s, after adding them to her contact list I view their profiles (just something we do) Pariah v2 has 1-3 "false" v2s, Cammy told me maybe it's the second version of their first accounts that was maybe blocked/banned but I'm not too sure
