I'm kinda scared to type this, but. . .
So, some guy at my current school, implies that he wants to rape me-- yes, he implies it-- and everyone know it's bound to happen.
He always. . . tries to get me to take off my shirt.
I'm scared that he may rape me-- and his family knows who I am, where I live, etc. My brother is friends with the guy's mom.

What should I do?
I don't wanna do something rude to him. . . But if I must, I shall.

Ask for a Restraining order and/or Ask your teachers to keep him away form you.
I put in my options.

He comes near me anyway.

Okay we are talking about this guy forcibly taking your Virginity. So I think being rude is the only option. It's you or him.
you want my opinion I say you call the cops explain the situation and have a restraining order put into play.
