There were six slices of cake. Six beautiful slices of cake sitting in a row. Six different slices laid out on beautiful lace doilies. One was yellow cake, one was a sinfully dark chocolate cake, one was a white cake with speckles of color, one was a fluffy angel food cake, one was a simple shortcake, and the last one was a decadent looking cheesecake.

This seemed to please a silver haired girl with two cat ears peeking out of her hat. Her pale green eyes looked over each piece hungrily. "They all look so tasty! I don't know which one to start with first!"

Starting at the left side of the row, the girl began to devour each slice. Her piggy-ways were accompanied by the gentle jingling of the bell about her neck. She didn't pause between slices and rather quickly made her way through the yellow, the chocolate, the confetti, the angel food, the short, and the cheese cakes. All slices were consumed in quick succession.

However, something seemed rather off with the flavors. In fact, the girl only seemed to notice it after she had finished. Carefully, she drew her fingers up to her mouth, wiping away a lingering sensation upon her lips. Her fingers pulled away slowly from the lips, only to find pure red dripping from the tips of her fingers.

"*********, we saw what you did!" a voice cruelly pointed out.

The cat girl's eyes shot over to the newly familiar voice and found two Sailor Scouts looking down at her. They were actually rather large. The spikey haired yellow suited senshi, Sailor Iris, and the blind eyed dark suited senshi, Sailor Metis stood there, arms crossed with disgusted looks upon their faces. ********* fingers trembled against her lip, as if too scared to ask what they had watched.

The taller of the two girls finally uncrossed her arms and shot an accusing finger at the cat. "I knew ya were full of bullsh*t, Cat!"

********* pulled her hand away from her mouth again, only to find that the red liquid had dripped down to stain her white cuffs. "I... I don't know what you are talking about!" she confessed, her voice seeming a bit desperate to know what was going on.

The shorter girl placed both of her hands upon her hips. "We watched you! You ate the other Asteroids!" Metis turned away and almost seemed to sob out "I thought we could trust you, ********* pale green eyes seemed to grow wide in horror, finally realizing that her hands were now dripping of blood. "N-n-no... it couldn't be... I... I didn't know..." she pleaded, eyes still fixed upon red.

Sailor Iris snorted out loudly in disapproval of the plea. "I've heard that sorta sob story before! 'I'm so innocent!' ...Cut the crap, cat! Did ya not even bother t'look at the signs?!"

"S-signs?"

This time, it was apparently Metis' turn to point, her black gloved finger looming over the doilies that had been under each slice of Asteroid cake. Each had a symbol which had been burned into the cat's mind, and if for some reason, she had not been able to recognize the symbols, the names were written plainly on each.

Hygiea, Parthenope, Victoria, Egeria, Irene, Eunomia

"When is it our turn, *********? Time for you to betray us must be coming near, right?" Metis, though she seemed to be so innocent and kind upon their first meeting, was turning out to be rather ruthless.

"Hey Metis, haven't ya ever heard th'sayin' 'survival of the fittest?'" Sailor Iris grinned in a rather dark manner. It sent a chill down ********* spine.

"Eat or be eaten?" the dark suited girl suggested.

"Exactly!"

There was no hesitation. The two girls literally pounced at the trembling cat girl, thirsty for blood.

The pale spotted cat's paws had been twitching the entire dream, and the moment the nightmare had ended, her head jerked up, almost hurting her neck in the process. Her ears pinned back slightly as she winced at the self imposed pain.

She had just eaten her girls? Her eyes almost seemed blurred to the fact that she was in a dumpster, but her nose seemed to know what would be the only thing to snap her out of this mood. There was a partial can of tuna here.

Dealing with the confusion and sorrow in her heart the only way she knew how to, the tailless feline went to locate the tuna.
