Eve had been glad when her Princess finally unlocked her dorm room door and started being social again; well as much as Serenade could be social, of course. Upon noticing that Serenade was walking the halls of Crystal Academy again, she had immediately accosted the green-haired girl and demanded a long talk and an explanation. It was probably because she was partly frustrated that Rea was avoiding her and transferred this worry upon Serenade. Thus, her Princess had to deal with many incessant questions, starting with whether she was alright, what had happened, and all.

It took a while, but Serenade managed to tell her handmaiden everything, and Eve had pursed her lips while looking at her with that sort of worried look on her face she had seen on Flora's ages ago. It was expected then, that Eve had then leaned forward and ruffled her hair and suggested a way for them to relax and at the same time, get something for Elke.

"A get well gift, just something nice and all." The blonde girl chirped, her arm linked with Serenade's. "She'll like it! It's like how when I was in hospital; oh, that was because of some Negaverse scum," she added when Serenade looked a little horrified, "I'm fine now! Rea and my friends brought me stuff and celebrated my birthday for me in hospital! It was really quite touching."

"Rea?" Serenade echoed.

"Oh, uh, she's Pegasus." Eve explained, eyes darting from one shop window to the next as she talked. "The person you call Helios; she's not talking to me now. She's being awfully silly." It was very frustrating indeed, and Eve only sighed as she patted Serenade's arm. "It's okay, dear; we need to find a gift for Elke!"

********* was not a happy kitty at the moment. Her tummy was talking to her. And it wasn't a quiet grumbly noise. It was being obnoxious and shouting at her with unhappy rumbles. If it were not for the fact that ********* was intelligent enough to know that milk tabs were made of plastic, therefore were not edible, she might have tried chewing on the milk tab in her mouth right now.

The small spotted cat trotted along the sidewalk, with less energy in her step than usual. Her bell tinkled along delicately, as if trying to lighten the mood surrounding the cat, but the cat was still hungry. Hungry ********* did not pay attention to where they were going.

Hungry ********* usually ended up bumping into somebody by accident.

Today's accident happened to be the leg of a young girl with long pale green hair, accompanied by a girl with short blonde hair. Head bumped into leg, and the cat paused to look up. There was something going off in her head, signaling that these two girls were Sailor Scouts. This signal was a bit different. Not nearly as urgent as the unawakened senshi that needed assistance waking up.

It was as if her brain was just letting her know they know what you are.

And at that time, the small tailless cat's stomach decided to greet the two girls before ********* could really say a word. Good timing, as always.

Serenade Soriano immediately looked down in a mixture of puzzlement and confusion when something soft nudged her leg. So did Eve, who followed the dip of her Princess' head, and both girls immediately beamed down at the small kitty. Eve let out a soft 'awwwww' while the green-haired girl bent down to stroke the cat, cerise eyes bright. What came to their notice first was the star shaped sign on her head, and then the growl of her stomach.

Eve laughed. "Seems like someone is pretty hungry huh?"

"Awakening senshi is pretty hard work." Serenade murmured in return as she scooped up the cat into her arms. "Isn't it, kitty?"
PostPosted: Sat Mar 13, 2010 8:51 pm

Oh, whoever this girl was, they were already ranking very high in ********* list of people she liked in this city. It was a very long list, since it really took a lot of work to get this particular feline to dislike someone. She was rather easily scooped up, and almost immediately started to purr a bit. Soon enough, the pale spotted cat was snuggled up against this girl's bosom. Carefully, she slid the milk tab onto her paw so she could at least free her mouth up for a possible conversation.

The cat was aware that they were in public, so in a low tone, the cat corrected the girl gently. "No, waking up senshi is not the hard part. Finding my girls is the hard part." From where she was being cradled, the cat's pale green eyes flickered from girl to girl.

"I'm *********... would either of you have something I could snack on?" ********* had no shame.

"Your girls?" Serenade asked, brows wrinkling in puzzlement. Most of the Guardian Cats she knew were pretty general in waking up every unawakened senshi she could find... although there was Zue. Zue specified in the Zodiac Court, so perhaps ********* loyalty was ultimately to some...other Court? She couldn't remember there being any other than the Moon Court, and that faction was under Astraea, or Luna, as she was known nowadays.

Eve shrugged; she had no clue either when she could recall only bits and pieces. "I think I have some cookies in my bag." She said; they were leftovers from when people had given them to her as gifts when she was hospitalized. "Gimme a sec." After rummaging in her bag for a bit, the blonde girl presented the packet to the kitty. "Ta daaah!" A pause. "Are cats allowed to eat cookies?"
PostPosted: Sun Mar 14, 2010 2:02 pm

There seemed to be no hesitation as the cat explained "Yes, my girls. I am having the most difficult time finding them. I found two, but that's all I've found so far." Of course, she was being a bit vague at the moment, but it was strictly because of her stomach. The small crinkle of a plastic packet caused the cat's ears to perk up to full attention and the cat's pale green eyes were soon also at full attention.

"Mmmmm... cookies..." she almost seemed to purr. Her eyes flickered up to the blonde girl's eyes. Was she looking at her? It seemed so, so ********* was content.

"I eat what I can, when I can." This was the understatement of the year, but then again, these two girls didn't know the spotted cat very well yet. In an almost humored fashion, the cat chuckled out "Cookies are fine, yes, yes! Thank you!"

It was about this time the feline glanced back and forth between the two girls. "Hmmmm... so who are you two? Introductions, please?"

"Alright then." Eve laughed, then fished a cookie out of the bag and held it out to the Guardian kitty to nibble upon. Serenade looked a little worried upon seeing the chocolate chips on it though, "Are pets even allowed to eat chocolate?" Granted, she had not much experience with pets unless you counted Zue; but Zue knew how to fend for himself. That, and he could talk and request what he wanted to eat, so that made things a lot easier.

"Flora of Spring." The blonde said lightly. "And this is Princess Chronos." She didn't exactly feel the need to elaborate that Chronos was the Princess of the Zodiacs; hey, she was the Princess of the Seasons too, and explaining that was a bit of a mouthful. Guardian Cats were supposed to know a lot more anyway. Serenade only remained quiet while Eve spoke, only acknowledging the title with a small dip of her head; stroking the cat's head lightly with a hand.

Without any hesitation, the feline began to nibble away contently at the cookie. It wasn't like when a person bit into a cookie, where it took out a noticeable chunk. Cats had much small mouths. Serenade could easily feel the rumbling of ********* purring against her arms as the cat tended to her stomach's needs. The cat did pause once to mention "If there is something wrong with me eating chocolate, then I wouldn't know it. I've eaten it before." And with that, she was back to nibbling.

In all honesty, there were a lot of things that ********* had eaten that weren't probably very healthy for a feline to eat. When you were effectively a stray, you consumed whatever you could get your paws on. It also didn't help that ********* got hungrier than most cats.

For a moment, she continued to nibble, swallowing small bits of cookie crumblies, but her ears twitched at the mention of their senshi identities. And rather curiously, the cat turned to face the one who identified herself as Flora.

"...Flora, Flora... There's something about you that's making my brain itchy..." The manx's eyes narrowed slightly, as if trying to concentrate on the blonde girl. As if trying to shake it off, the cat ruffled up her fur about her face and shook her head back and forth. However, the little itch was still there.

"Regardless, I meant, what are your names, like this? I know you girls don't go by Flora and Chronos like this." While waiting for the second round of introductions, the cat once again resumed her nibbling. Cookies were delicious. Then again, anything was delicious when your stomach was hungry.

Serenade was used to carrying cats, although in comparison, Zue was much larger and fluffier; and carrying ********* meant she had to be much more careful lest she accidentally let the tiny cat fell.

Eve, on the other hand, looked back at the manx with a furrowed brow and a shrug. "Deja vu?" Sadly, she didn't get the same feeling as ********* had, so that couldn't mean anything, right? Unless she had met this cat in her past life and forgot? There were many things she didn't remember after all.

"Ah." Serenade said, with a sheepish smile, even though she hadn't been the one to introduce them both. She would have done the same anyway; any senshi that met a Guardian Cat would have. "I'm Serenade and she's Eve."
PostPosted: Tue Mar 16, 2010 9:43 pm

Itchy brain syndrome did not seem to be going away, though the hungry tummy syndrome seemed to be eased relatively quickly. When her stomach seemed satisfied, she paused in her nibbles and glanced back up to both of them again.

"It is a pleasure to meet you both, Serenade," she paused to look at the pale green haired girl, "...and Eve," another pause to take a look at the blonde girl. However, the look that she gave the newly introduced Eve lingered a bit longer than ********* had intended. ********* was still a cat after all, and though it might have been cliche to say she was curious, that seemed to be the case.

For a moment, she had to pause and think back as to what other times this sort of itch had decided to pop up in her brain. "Hmmmm..." While she thought, she seemed to rub her cheeks up against the Princess' arm in an almost instinctual manner. It was her silent way of saying "I have not forgotten about you." You never let a perch feel unloved. No, that was a bad thing to do.

As she thought, she suddenly remembered the last time her brain itched like this. Sailor Eos. Not one of her girls, but at the same time, she felt drawn to her a bit more than your average non-asteroid scout. To Eve, she rather suddenly exclaimed "I get it!"

What she got, she didn't quite explain, but in her excitement, she managed to drop the little plastic milk tab off of her paw. Her eyes shot open pretty big and she even let out a small "Eep!" while clumsily attempting to recover the toy by swiping her paw at it. Unfortunately, it just fell to the ground.

"Oh phooey!" she sulked for about three seconds, ears flattening against her head. In an embarrassed tone, she then asked pretty openly "Could I bother either of you to pick that up for me please?"

Eve started, then blinked at ********* when the cat suddenly exclaimed out loud. Get it? Get what? Instinctively, she looked around to make sure no one had caught that; talking cats were a huge giveaway after all. If anyone from the Negaverse was around...

Luckily, no one seemed to notice, and she turned her attention back to the kitty, only to have to stoop down to fish up the milk tab. "Here you go." Eve told her, presenting the toy to the Guardian Cat.

"What is it, *********?" Serenade asked gently, eyes flickering from her handmaiden to the cat she held. She did not remotely remember there being any other Guardian Cats back then except the two that were in Destiny City and the one owned by Captain Venus.
PostPosted: Wed Mar 17, 2010 11:34 pm

Pale green eyes trailed Eve's movements as she went to get the current object of her affection. When the tab got close, the cat's natural instinct to paw at the bright orange plastic overwhelmed ********* better mind and soon enough, her paw swiped out for play.

After two failed attempts to swipe the toy back, the cat's gaze softened, and then she blinked.

"Oh, oops! Sorry about that!" Her ears flicked slightly before she leaned in and grabbed the small plastic ring with her teeth instead. She carefully plopped it back along her paw before she attended to Serenade's question very truthfully.

"Well, it has been bugging me for a while now. I encountered another girl who did the same thing. I think that my brain itches when I encounter Asteroid scouts." The cat paused to shake her head slightly, rattling it around as if she was trying to dry off her fur.

"I know which girls are mine, but there are so many Asteroids that aren't mine... I guess my brain is just weird like that!" The pale furred feline laughed slightly, sounding slightly embarrassed.

Eve only laughed in return, fascinated by how adorable the little cat's antics were. "It's alright!" Tsk, if only Astraea were that likable, but then again she was... uh... determined to do her job well? Serenade had said that she liked Astraea, which had made Eve wrinkle her nose a little, but she didn't say anything to protest, of course.

Serenade was her princess, after all.

"There are Asteroids that aren't yours?" Serenade echoed, looking a little puzzled. To her, it was like saying there were Zodiacs that weren't hers, but there weren't many Zodiacs as much as Asteroids anyway...

"You're saying I'm an Asteroid Scout too?" Another question had come to the blonde's mind instead, and she exchanged a puzzled look with the younger girl. "I thought I was just a Season Senshi under Princess Chronos' Court."

Things were getting a little confusing.
PostPosted: Fri Mar 19, 2010 11:34 am

It was strange to see a manx cat giggle, but at the mention of there being asteroids that weren't hers, the cat buried her nose between her paws and did just that. It wasn't a cruel laughter, just something that almost sounded carefree and light. It took a minute or two to recover, but when she was finally ready to speak, her giggling had slowed to perhaps a couple chuckles.

"Yes, there are asteroids that are not mine. I think any one cat would go insane if they had to keep tabs on thousands of girls that happen to be powered by an asteroid."

The cat paused, then turned to face Eve, eyes looking into her deep blue ones. "Everyone has their responsibilities. You were obviously needed by Princess Chronos. However, I know that if you are ranked as a Super Senshi, then your henshin phrase will let you know whether you are an asteroid or not."

Another pause. "Are you ranked as a Super Senshi?" ********* had one super senshi and one regular senshi on her team at the moment, but she knew they both needed a lot of training before either one could move forward. Especially that Iris. An ear flicked at the thought of how much work would have to go into that girl.

"That is true." Serenade agreed. It was ********* responsibility and job, so she left it at that. Which Asteroids were the Guardian Cat's and which weren't, were up to ********* after all, and not her. It was like not how any senshi could be part of the Zodiac Court, and how the Zodiacs weren't exactly part of the Moon Court.

"I'm not... there yet." Eve flushed. How long had she been a senshi again? Since last year, in late October... it felt like a very long time ago, and she wasn't even a Super Senshi yet. And Castor was... but Castor had been a Senshi longer than she was. Much longer, as irresponsible as he was. "Perhaps soon."
