My account got hacked and now i got it back but it was banned and blizzard wont reply to me

What do you want us to do about it? Just wait for Blizzard. There's nothing anyone here can do.

Not to be mean or nasty to you but you aren't the only player with account issues. There's over 11 million players on that game and a lot of those players have issues, there's glitches and the bots trying to phish accounts. Plus all the tickets being put in. So either calling the customer service number or waiting until they get to your inquiry is going to take time. They aren't going to drop all the other issues they have because you want them to.
