A. Popular in the forum they're making the topic in
B. They've created a good/controversial topic.

It also is the responsibility of the thread-readers to help keep the conversation growing by suggesting related discussion material and contributing in more intellectual or enthusiastic material too.
Some topic that is more than just a short opinion question but lends itself to a more in depth or expansive observation, conversation or discussion.

Quite an idea there.
Of course, I still haven't found "Anything" that matches what I'm looking for.
Average, in comparison to oneself...
But about the topics?
Well, all I got to say is that It has to be "Original."
Something that hasn't been revealed yet.
But nothing that sounds kind of strange.
That, and It just has to make sense and attract the audience.
