Hola once more my lovelies! The wonderful Arc Contest has been left up for a bit, and I already see some grand ideas. Now, let's be fair here alright? Don't vote for someone because they're bribing you, or they're your friend. Be truthful with what you actually want! Now, DO NOT POST HERE until I have posted ALL of the arc entries up alright? I will set up the polls, and then feel free to chat on here and do whatever it is you're going to do! Remember, the winner will be granted a prize of 100k~ <3 Also, the winners arc {once over} will be added into the guild's storyline!

Week of Black Chakras

Description:
This is a rare event that occurs once every 200 years at the height of the Sun's solar activity. Just as the Sun can shut down electronic equipment it too can stop chakra from being used. Can you outwit your opponents who might use this as a chance to defeat you when they normally could not or will you flee and hide while you are virtually powerless?This is going to be a interesting week....

Rules:
*You may NOT EVER use chakra in any sort of way whether it be climbing things,increasing speed or strength or any form of it at all
*No Chakra means no bloodlines
*No Demons
*Curse Marks will not work this week
*Jutsu will fail when you try
*It will last exactly one week
*You are by all extensive purposes a normal human like in real life
*With no chakra that means you cannot go around jumping over buildings or punching boulders you can jump 4 feet up at max depending on your weight and body build
*This Arc actually plays on those little things in your profile that everyone overlooks such as weight,height and body build
*Weapons are allowed and encouraged
*If it comes down to a fist fight a 150 pound 5'7 skinny guy will probably not be able to out force the 250 pound brute so remember kiddies you have a brain:USE IT

o Create Things Using Your Mind.
Be creative and bright. If you imagine a plain sword, nothing will appear. Imagine a sword whose blade curves like an eagles wing, its leather is studded and hilt is engraved with wild animals dancing, and color will spring to life!
o Animals Need Love Too.
Gain a companion by helping an animal without its color by imagining it having a patterned fur-coat of icicles and its ears are actually pierced. The animal will see you as its new-found friend and you two may join forces!
o Beautify.
Decorate the world and confuse your opponent. You may not be able to use genjutsu, but you can summon bright colors to confuse and dazzle your opponent! Just don't stare too long at it yourself!
o Do Not Cannonball into Water.
The oceans, rivers and ponds have been drastically affected. While Suiton jutsu have been amped, even the most timid of sea creatures have become terribly angry and terribly powerful. Best to drink bottled water from now on.

.:Duration:.

[T]he duration of the Arc is approximately two weeks or longer. It will end once the silver pearl has been returned to the ocean after the greedy men finally realize its hard enough to recognize their wives as it is - they don't need to make it even harder on themselves by draining the world of color!

.:Regulations:.

o Regular guild rules apply!
o Weapons created cannot be anymore powerful than your rank. Only one weapon can be approved for the duration of the arc.
o Animals are only as strong as they were to begin with. The animal may have an element affiliation but can only be used if it same to the user's.
o You must be descriptive. You can not say "Kaoru's weapon that he imagined appeared in his hand in black smoke." Instead, say; "In his left hand, a spear of black and ornamented with silver filigree along its base and where the blade meets the pole appeared in thick, black smoke. The pole of the spear held intricate designs of swirls in smokey grey on the polished black surface."
o Other rules may also be added...

The rise of the Dead.

A heavy air fills the guild as the world we live in becomes dark, no Shinobi has fallen...Yet. The dead rise from the earth to take back what was rightfully theirs. The villages become ravage by panic and destruction as the dead come to feast upon the living. now it is time to stomp out the flames that the dead have created, but how? Is this just some random plague that has infested the earth, or is this something someone has done to seek revenge upon the Shinobi world? There is only one way to find out fight the dead and find out if someone is behind the plague.

- Genjutsu have no effect upon the dead
- Medical ninjas are overwhelm by this sudden outbreak of plague giving them more to study upon their medicine, and how to prevent this outbreak.
-Taijutsu and weapon users will have much more success in fighting the dead.
-if bitten you are given a slight window to try and stop the spread of the infection, but if one succumbs to the plague then they turn into the dead.

.:So I heard you Like Nekomimis?:.
Description: Everyone has heard of nekomimis, who are humans with cat-like traits. What nobody truly knew was that they actually were real, when everyone thought that they were just cute people with an affinity to cats. What no one knew was that they were the children of the Human Form Avatar of the Nekomata. But now they want their revenge after so many centuries of discrimination! As a result, though an unknown method, all non-Nekomimi humans have transformed into a Nekomimi form. However, this method will only last a week due to it having a limited duration, however at the end of it, the nekomimis will reveal themselves to cause peace between the human races and the nekomimi race, after humanity sees what life is like when you are a nekomimi.
Advantages and Disadvantages of this arc

• You possess cat-like ears on the top of your head instead of possessing normal human ears. These allow you a greater amount of hearing but you are much more vulnerable to sound-based attacks, especially those of a high pitch
  
• You possess a greater amount of agility than normal, allowing you to avoid enemy attacks with quick reactions and reflexes, which is kind of like a cat's Nine Lives, and since you are a Nekomimi... you get the idea.
  
• Your eyes gain the ability to see in the dark, but this is an ability that much be activated to use that aspect, but it can be activated and deactivated at will. When activated, it is like it is a kind of night vision view, but with a much more clearer picture than normal, and not of a green color. This ability drains chakra equal to an E-ranked technique for every post in use, so it shouldn't be activated all the time just because darkness has no effect on your sight because it is activated.
  
• You gain a cat-like tail, but you get into a great deal of pain if someone pulls on your tail.
  
• You can extend razor-sharp cat-like claws from your fingernails, allowing you a back up weapon, but you also gain cat-like canines, allowing you to bite someone and it will hurt like hell.
  
• As a nekomimi, you are super cute but you are targeted by dogs due to having cat-like traits. So Inuzuka's are pretty much screwed over due to the nekomimis, and so is any person with a dog companion. Those with wolf companions are unaffected though

Rules:

• Every human, no matter what clan you are apart of is affected by this arc. Once this arc is over, I (Crystalline Seraphim) will try to get a clan of the Nekomimis from the plot of this arc approved, but they will have a few more advantages. If you try and say that the arc has no effect on your character, then your character is instantly killed by the method (basically obey the rules and you won't get auto-killed... in this case... the moderators have full rights to auto-kill your character for no obeying the rules of this arc... no exceptions, so follow the damned rules)
  
• The arc only lasts two weeks at the least, but it might be extended at the will of people, depending on how much fun you have.
  
• This is not a rule per-say, but it is a kind of optional rule. In Japan, Nekomimis and cats normally say 'nya' or 'nyah' at the end of there sentences. Those two words are the Japanese onomatopoeia for a cat's meowing so an example would be "But Hakura-sama-nya! I can't go to school today looking like this-nya!"

Time Warp: Tailed Menagerie Release!

Description: A rift in time and space has occurred, and the past and present have mixed! The planets aligned and created a rift in time, and the bijuu jumped through into our reality! We have to join together to defeat all the bijuu and force them back through the rift! How does this work? The rift in time still exists, however only in-animate objects can go back through. So how do we force the bijuu back through? WE GOTTA CATCH EM ALL! That's right, we have to capture the bijuu with POKEBALLS! Bijuu must be defeated so that they cannot fight back, and then captured with a pokeball.

Duration: From March 1st until all are captured and thrown back through.

Rules: Each bijuu will be controlled by people elected by the VCs. Your RPC can be killed by a bijuu, but the elected person cannot GM. Also, only one bijuu from the alternate realm will exist in this reality at a time, and they will appear from the lowest number of tail to the highest. The next bijuu will not appear until the previous bijuu has been thrown though. Only the bijuu from the past can be caught by the pokeballs, and ONLY those bijuu are affected by pokeballs, nothing else. The pokeball will not open until it has been thrown back through the rift, and these bijuu cannot be sealed into hosts or anything but Pokeballs. Current bijuu users will still have their bijuu, but they will be somewhat more rebellious than normal.
The past-bijuu cannot die, they can only be captured.

Description:
Background
When the Ninja land was starting to come into the light there was some other people who could not use any kind of jutsu. This people started to train in swordsmanship that the ninja were not learning in the academy or any time during there life. This people were becoming stronger and stronger ever day of your training. Soon those people were fighting in wars along side of the ninjas in this world. Soon after the wars they fought together the ninjas of the land started to see that they are getting too strong. They think they are going to try and over throw them with there swordsmanship. A lot of them were killed off but some of them escaped and started making new samurais.

Now
After many years later on the ninjas though that all the samurais were all dead and were not coming back. The ninja were wrong for the samurais become so strong to even be able to block jutsu that are throw at them with there blades. They are starting to come to the light showing they are alive and will to do what they did to there ancestries. They are going to start a war very soon against the ninjas.

Rules:
- You have to apply and be approved by a mod to be a Samurai.

- Samurais are just as fast as a jounin level ninja and strength at chuunin level.

- Samurais have ranks too but Are not said juts yet.

- The samurais choice the leader by who is the strongest.

- You have a set of blades you have but You can n;y have one with one special power. {Mod must approve the power}

- They live in the Rogue village but no one knows they are samurai they all think they are just normal humans.

- They rarely fight but when they do they usually do it at night were the ninja can't see them.

- They can learn all the sword taijutsu styles and one hand to hand taijutsu style.

- There can be from five to Six at a time

Celebration Time!

People are starting to get a little too stressed out from the chuunin exams, looking over villages, Akatsuki attacks, training and much more. All that is needed is a long, well deserved rest. So the people have come to the conclusion that something fun has to happen.

Throughout each country, festivals are being held. During the day each village has games, trinkets for sale, food stands with delicious smells emerging forth, and much more. Children are running around freely wearing there outfits along with fake ANBU masks. This is also a time when the men try to impress a certain lady they care for, by winning her things at the many games and contests. To end a perfect day, fireworks are set off. Each village has there own colors and shapes, to go towards there love for there village and the people in it. At the very beginning of this event a parade is held to welcome it to the village along with one to wish it farewell at the end.

During this period the women tend to do their hair fancy, adding whatever kinds of things to make it look cute. Their regular everyday cloths are forgotten about and replaced with kimono's. The colors of the new look can be according to your clan, personality or whatever you wish. The men's regular clothing is also replaced with montsuki kimono's. Like the women, the colors the men wear depend on whether or not they go by their clan or personality. The men also get to chose how they wish to wear there outfit. (chest showing or not)

This is a time for getting to know the people around you better, making friendships stronger, plus and excuse for those to dig into their beloved sake!!

Duration:
Two weeks from the time the arc is activated

Advantages:
~ All countries get along for this event.
~ Bonds are made or made stronger.
~ No mission's other then to have a good time and enjoy yourself.

Disadvantages:
~ Akatsuki is mad because they were excluded from the fun.
~ Weapons for women are replaced with fans.
~ Men have no weapons on them at all.

Rules:
~ Only one rule for this event and it is to have as much fun as you can!!

Rent A Date!

Guys in the guild are always hunting down single girls at some point. But how often is it that the girls get to pick from whoever they want?
All of the countries got together, and decided that the best way for each village to raise money would to be to rent out all their men to women around the world for a date! [That's what a few bottles of sake does XD]
All the lady RPC's will bid for the men that they want with the gold the controllers have. [The money goes to the guild, or to another guild that VR sponsors] Once the biding is done, then the men will have to go on a date and do whatever the woman [or group of, if it was a joint effort] wants. WHATEVER they want, including getting beat up for them, or take them out for a good meal, or whatever their hearts desire. blaugh
This arc ends after two weeks, and then the men can leave [or not blaugh ] Their wish is your command.
Nobody will do combat with people that are paired together, but people that did not get purchased or purchase someone can go do whatever. No actions performed by the escorts should get them killed or permanently maimed. Embarrassment for life however, is totally fine xp ]
Bidding will be completed before the arc starts, and a separate subforum [paid for by me] will open where the ladies have a week before the arc starts to bid.

Unison Against Horrid Odds



A small group of Sound ninja, hell-bent on renewing the power Orochimaru once delved into, found an ancient summoning scroll in an underground tomb. They realized, if they were to accomplish anything, they would have to pool their soul and all of their chakra into this blood pact. Upon summoning it, their eyes widened at what was occurring. Their sacrificial blood entered the bodies of the previously dead. It did not take long for an army of creatures reeking of decay and death to expand and come out of the ground in every graveyard, in every village, in every country. They have chakra of their own, with abilities varying dependent on their village's main element. These creatures are organized, and more then capable of breaking through defenses. They have intelligence of their own, with an understanding of language. These creatures run amazingly fast and can jump up to 100 feet high, as well as run up walls or trees, and they can walk on water. They are "zombies", meaning they bite and hunger for flesh. Scary, right? The main problem is their zombie leader, "Supah Zombie".

-Knowing this new global threat has emerged, all villages must toss away differences and join one-another.
-All elemental abilities are decreased in power by 2 ranks versus zombies.
-Taijutsu/Zanjutsu users have the advantage here.
-Any direct bites, or cuts from these "zombies" results in a rapid infection, they must be clinically healed within that same day.
-To end this ARC, one genin from every village must enter the underground tomb and defeat the "Supah Zombie", which ranks out to be a Jounin in ability.

After this is finished, all villages will blame Sound, and force them to pay reconstruction fees, lose 50% military power, and be on heavy restriction. Sound will become very anti-allothervillages. This will last for a month.

Background: All the active members of the guild are going about their normal business one day, well suddenly they all feel a sudden jerk, as if the very reality of the world itself was shaking. A high pitched noise is heard, engulfing all of their senses as they feel their eyes rolling back in their heads, their very minds feeling as if they are disembodied before passing out. when everyone awakes they find something quite strange... the body they wake up in is not their own.

Scenario: Every RPC in the guild finds that their mind has been placed in the body of another member, though their mind, memories and thoughts remain their own.

- RPCs have the body of another RPC, but think and reason exactly as they always have.

- The new body still acts the way it always does, so if the body is in constant pain, 'i.e. Konaga Bloodline' you are in constant pain, though are able to function as any Konaga would be. (likewise for all other bloodlines)

- RPCs that are swapped have an automatic knowledge of all of the jutsu, bloodline abilities, and capabilities of the body they swap into. this means that they are able to utilize any technique or ability mentioned in the other person's profile.

- Actions and events which occur within this arc will not count in the storyline. (Say for instance, someone swaps with Sai... even if they kill the rest of the Akatsuki, and release wreck the base, at the end of the arc, everything will go back just as it was before the arc started)


Length: 2-4 weeks, depending on popularity.
