Do you mean to say you want to animate? If so, Adobe Flash is animating software. It's what everyone at Newgrounds uses to make their animations and games. You can download a free 30 day trial at www.adobe.com - last time I checked, it included full features and had no watermarks or whatever, but it only lasts 30 days. After that you need to register it with a serial number.
