Par'il and Siom both nodded in unison. "Yeah," Siom said with a smile.
Par'il seemed a little hesitant though, "Do you two mind... if we change the match up a bit?"
Siom's grin grew a bit. "What? You wish to be on my team now? You know that's a bit unfair," he teased.
"Uh, no. I was wondering if we could do a 'free-for-all?' To each his own."
Siom's face fell more serious. It was unexpected. Still, the smile stayed. "Are you sure about this?" Par'il nodded. "Well... It's fine by me if it is fine by you, Friend." he said, referring to Josh.

At the sight of the weapon, Par'il did two backhand springs away from the men. He pulled out his sword as he landed.
Siom's eyes darted back and forth between the two other fighters. "And so it begins."

at the site of the hammer and the moves of the elf josh pulls out his sword and sheild and prepares for mortal kombat

You'll never expect what you can't see...

Siom grinned, trying to reconfigure the best course of action. He seemed to rush for the elf. Par'il immediately started running to the side to get out of the way of the charging man. The elf, however, wasn't the Siom's target; Josh was closer. Only three steps into his beeline, and Siom pivoted. The hammer, following the momentum, came up into the swing, aiming for Josh's shoulder.
