(Welcome to the very first, massive, all guild, public role play! You will play your characters created in the Character form in the Roleplaying subforum. The rules are simple, follow Gaia's ToS, no powerplaying, no marysueing, no god moding, use story writing format to post, and have fun! Now lets kick this thing off with ANNOUNCER VOICE!)
Arcadia, a land vast in distance and in adventure. It's only been 3 years since the fall of the old valuan empire by the hand of Vyse and his band of air pirates, and the world has already begun rebuilding. Unfortunately, the sacrifice and heroism of the air pirates was met with violence and strife by Bounty Hunters and an organization of Valuan loyalists called "The New Order of the Valuan Empire" based out of Esperanza. A new breed of Air Pirate now exists, Pirates that fight for adventure, justice, and above all, riches and glory! These are the chronicles of their adventures among the Skies of Arcadia!

The Dark Orchid, famed ship of the Blue Rouge, Scott Spyre, pulled into the port of Nasrad to refuel and resupply. The pirate captain, clad in his signature long coat and goggles, stepped off of his ship to take in some of the local fare, along with his crew.

Si'rie Tellis
this WORLD is AMAZING Si'rie gazed out the window of his Nasrad home sand covered the floor the sound of the always busy towns people. A group of merchants began milling their way to the town entrance. " Looks like we've got new arrivals."
A bag with a large red cross rested on a table a few feet away from Si'rie he grabbed it and latched the top open "Time to sell some life." The young man grabbed his scarf from its hook and placed it around his neck. He took one last look at his poorly furnished home before heading out into the sand.
The sun rushed into his eyes and as he steeped out the door a new airship had arrived, that was apparent as the usually hard working town folk were working harder. The young man mad his way over to the Dock Foreman. " Hey Kamil." Si'rie waved to the hairy man in traditional Nars garb.
"Ehh...some Blue Rouge ship Dark something or other...shouldn't be to much trouble." The word mulled over in his head dark isn't usually a word you connect with blue rouges, but the blues did come in all kinds the details didn't really worry him it was the traffic they seemed to be getting. Who were these rouges? so Live in IT

Florin Arwel settled back down into the curved bow of her skiff, the Skipper, and pressed the charcoal to the page once more.
"Hold still, just a little bit longer..."
The wren on the edge of the Skipper's rim cocked it's head at her and let out a chirp in response to her words. She licked her lips lightly and continued to sketch the creature out. It fluffed up its feathers and stayed put just long enough for her to get the last stroke and line in before fluttering off.
The Sky Pirate grinned and glanced down at the page before carefully closing her journal. Well, leave it to Nasrad to grace her with a bird she'd never seen before right when she docked in.
Speakin' of birds...
Elu let out a caw of his own and settled down onto her shoulder now that the intruder had flown away. He gave Florin a forlorn and rejected look and she scratched the ruff of feathers around his neck in apology.
"C'mon, Elu. You know you're the only bird in my life. ...Let's so see the sights?"
With that, Florin shifted to her feet and swung out of her skiff and onto the docks of Nasrad. It had been quite some time since she had been here, if she remembered correctly. She shook her head, she spent too much time in Ixa'taki. She looked it too, decked in beads and feathers like she was. Heck, she probably still smelt like rain and jungle.
With that amusing thought in mind, she plodded across the planks, looking for the exit of the dock.

(Yay! people posting!) Scott made sure his ship was docked correctly and checked his wallet. He headed to the sailors guild to sell some of the treasure he had aquired from a ship in the middle sea.

Imogen listened to the coming and goings of the dock from a bench in front of a Nasrad pub. The day had been rather slow and the coins she palmed were probably good for one drink. Having traveled this far she would have to find another way of requiring funds.
The tall blindfolded woman seemed to look out onto the horizon unaware of those around. However every step and jangle of change to those who acquired new wealth rung in Imogen's ears. Her airy voice called to the passerbys as the sun shone on her fiery hair.
"Fortunes, weather forcasts I can tell all."

Namid weaved in and out of the crowd. Placing each step with care as she twirled around the other merchants.
Oh Moons! I'm going to be late! Her first day working at the bar in Nasrad wasn't going as well as she thought.
Picking up her pace as she broke from the crowd, she tripped and bumped into a rather tall man in a long purple coat.
"Oh sorry! I didn't mean it. My foot slipped." She regained her balance and bowed to the man.

(That would solve a lot. I had no clue where she would go anyway. Just call her and she'll follow)

Maria sat behind a crate at the docks trying not to pass out from the heat. why did that ship have to break down near Nasrad? she thought as she counted her few coins. "not even enough to buy a drink" she grumbled.

Scott smiled at the girl and was about to say something when he saw his lookout sitting on a bench. "Imogen! you know you don't have to try and swindle people out of their gold anymore" he said.

Namid smiled up at him when something caught her eye.
The man had a strange cutlass with him. A black stone as the blade.
"Um, excuse me, sir. What is the blade on your cutlass made of? I've never seen that kind of stone around here."
She stared at it, feeling something she couldn't understand. Something familiar to her.
(I'm going to have to go after these next couple of posts! Sorry!)

Imogen perked up and turned to the direction of her captain's voice. Her expression unchanged still looking rather unamused. Though a hint of relief in her tone was present when she answered.
"Good thing then. I don't think I could have been more bored if you arrived any later." Imogen got up from her bench and with cane out stretched she directed herself to Scott.
"I take the trip went well with my absent."

Scott's smile grew as he loved a chance to talk about any of his weapons, especially his cutlass. "This is a Black moonstone cutlass, a sword I commissioned from a legendary valuan sword maker after the rains. The moonstones he used I found traveling through the dark rift" he gloated about his most prized possession. He turned to Imogen, "Aye! The smallest gem we got I just turned into at least 10,000 gold! the rest will go in the treasure hold but this will sure buy the orchid that cannon upgrade I wanted" he said.

Maria slowly stepped out from behind the crate blinking in the sunlight. "I wish i could just go back to the land of ice, but then i would be alone" she said with a sigh as she studied the ships lining the dock.
